Dealing with Joyce Masemola has been the worst experience ever. I was told that my account was in arrears with 8k while the statement sent to me in Feb shows 4k, I then settled it even asked them where the 8k comes from and no response was received. Then today boom a mail from JP solutions I know owe 13k, how...I have provided all the POPs and statement but still Joyce Masemola is fighting with me while I am trying to understand what is going on my account. anyone who is senior at Gomo can they please assist

i got mugged yesterday and logged a call with Capitec immediately to stop my card and mobile app ...I then asked them to confirm the last transaction, I was told only R250 cash send was the last transaction on my account. Then this afternoon i went to get a new card, i discovered that the a cash send was done for an amount of R1700 and R3000 both vouchers were withdrawn after stopping my card. Card was stopped at 19:57 Vouchers were withdrawn at 19:59 and 20:00 Ref: 96537646

Worst company to work for. They don't pay their employees but the owner and the Sales manager are driving flashy cars. I have worked there last year, used my own money to travel to work and they've been promising to pay me even after bringing in deals for them, and till today i haven't received my salary. I have called, send messages and nothing has happened. The managers are only worried about their own lifestyle forgetting that some people are bread winners and they depend on this salary. December all the staff including the hard working workshop people didn't receive their pay while the managers are driving flashy cars
This company scams people their money, please refrain from using them. A guy called Onalerona scammed me and refused to pay my money back. He is now ignoring my calls and whatsapp. i am very much disappointed and thought he was going to assist me in getting a car
Please be on a look out for this below company, they go around and scam people, then when you try calling they do not answer. My sister made a biggest mistake of her life thinking she will finally own/drive a car. She applied for an inhouse finance with KJR motors and go an approval, she then forwarded all the required documents to ********** cell phone number ********** 462. She paid the deposit of R15000 and after that she never had any feedback/update from him. She tried calling the office on ********** 859 and spoke one of the sales people there, he said he will have a look at the matter and until now she cannot get hold of Matthew. She then called the manager of ********** 572 and he promised to sort out the matter and till today she has not received anything from KJR motors. Their VAT number is 2011/114671/07 I urge you all please do not fall on the trap rather go to approved banks if you need a car. <p>can someone please help me with standardbank, or soemone to please help me pray for a better service and job accuracy at standardbank...ok 2 months back i took my child to hospital on the same day the 17th of August 2016 my card was cloned and during that time i cannot stop my card (i did advise the consultant when the money was debited from my account) as my child is in hospital and there's things i need to pay for...then the following day same thing happended, i had no cjoice but to stop the card but this was inconviniencing me as i couldnt go to the bank as my child was admitted, i didnt have airtime to call standardbank, i was stuck with no card and money...enventually the case was resolved by the 19th August and money was returned to my account the next day....after all the drama i went through i thought things will be better so i contunued with Standardbank, but to my suprise, this week Tuesday when i woke up i saw sms notifications of the money that went out from my account...so i immediently logged a call with standardbank and the case number was ********** and again i explained to them that i cannot wait for 6 working days, the gently man that was helping me said this might not take 6 days so i should get my money before the end of this week..then Yesterday when i called/following up on the case, i was then told that case ********** was not sent to the investigation team, so then that means a new case must be logged...and the new case number is ********** 2, i dont know how /why standardbank keeps on hiring rude and incopetent people and inconsiderate people who dont know what customer service is...ok so after i was advised that someone will call me on Friday regarding the case(new case)...because i'm inpatient and i need of my money, i then called them around 10am Friday, and the consultant told me that she will escalate the case for me (after being told that someone will call me) then i explained to her that i need feedback by 12pm....even now at 01:39 no one has called me and i need my money back...the service is just pathetic and i'm moving to another bank, my money is not safe with standardbank</p>
