Fnb poor communication
Poor service once again. Client for many years but the bank can't send an email of an important notice. Honestly opposition bank clients don't have to put up with this level of incompetence

'FNB Credit card Nightmare
FNB credit card debit order is a nightmare. They will not assist me in resolving 2 ******* debit orders on my credit card. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years with multiple savings accounts. Prime video is debiting my account *******ly. I cannot make contact with the merchant to stop the debits and FNB won't help. Useless bank. I will move my accounts over to a more competent bank and close both mine and my spouse accounts

I was contacted by mtn to upgrade my contract. I did so over the phone on the 9th of September 2024. Thry decided to bill my existing contract for September for the full month as well as prorata the full month for the new contract. How can you charge me for 2 contracts simultaneously. You supposed to cancel one then start the other. I have been with mtn on data contracts for over 6 years. No assistance over the phone either

Takealot warranty service is pathetic.
Poor warranty service provided. Item bought was defective. I just needed that part replaced but they found a loophole to not to grant the warranty. I just got an email from them saying the warranty was rejected. I rep**** to the email explaining what i wanted was just the defective part replaced which was only used once and not working as it should. No response from them afterwards. They just came and delivered the item back to me. I buy products from them for my whole family as only i have an account. Not buying from them again. Rather buy from a shop that's reputable and keeps quality products.

Cheap reject products that ate repaired and sold. I bought a toilet that was a reject that was repaired by silicone. We bought alimunium doors and it is of really poor quality. No sabs approval. Tiles are delivered chipped. Please inspect tiles before purchasing as even as stock damaged by flood is still sold

Telkom incredibly poor service
Poor service. cannot resolve a billings query. I took a contract in store at ballito junction mall in April 2023. The contact was for fixed fibre 25Mbps line at R579.00 per month for 12 months. The sales staff in store did not notifiy me of the price increase effective in may, the very next month. now im stuck with a contact that im paying R50 extra per month. the store cannot find my contact. and the sales or billings department cannot assist me to resolve the problem. I want to be billed as per the written contact signed. had i known the contact would be ammended without my consent a month later, I would have not taken it!!!. till date i have not received a single invoice from Telkom for my account either.

Telkom Cannot remove poles no longer in service from my roperty
Most useless company. I have 2 poles at my residence. 14 Mitha road Tongaat. I need these poles removes as they are on my boundary and i need to build a wall. They keep esculating the problem without resolving anything. I am sick and tired of their incompetence.
