Waiting for upgrade delivery for over 3 weeks
Still waiting for my online order to be delivered K4053729, its been over 3 weeks now. Skynet did not deliver. You assonance is appreciated

NO SERVICE AT ALL
There is no service here I had to stay home and miss work waiting for a delivery only to be told the driver hooted and left, I stay in a complex. I now had to cancel my vodacom contract because I did not get my deliver which i waited for from 8am to 5pm and had call dropped on my ears. Couriers always call to inform you they are outside your premise but no Skynet Worldwide Express Tracking ID 080055826821. Vodacom now lost business due to this.

Exceptional Service
Exceptional Service - Always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Food is delicious and very affordable especially the breakfast specials. Kids play room and area available make it easy to take the kids with. And not forgetting the points accumulation (Loyalty card) for money to use towards the bill at time comes in handy.

No Customer Updates
Unhappy of the service from Dals where promised an update but no response and when calling no answer. Very frustrating when you being without a car for 4 months already. Guy please get you act together to the least keeping the customer up to date and chasing up with your agents in finalizing and repairing my car

Blocked Bank Account
My account was blocked without being notified and I did send proof of deposit as requested 3 days ago and I was promised corresponded within 2 business days and it is day 3 regardless of me calling in and the matter being escalated. Please attend to this matter urgently
