Been trying to tap into my additional credit since 22 December via the email address on the website and just to no avail. Response is absolutely horrific . a simple extending service and warranty plan cannot take a whole month to acquire with available credit on my current car. this is my second car with MFC and this round is the worst ever, 7days has passed since the initial call i was suppose to receive and now im awaiting a 2day to receive a call.
Renewed my contract in October/Nov. Decided that i dont want the upgrade any longer. This call took place on the 7th Nov. kept calling in regarding the cancellation na dkeep receiving the same feedback that it is with retention eventually the new Item was collected and then advised that cause they took 2 weeks to call me back I was responsible for December payment i accepted this even though this was complete Bull**** as requested cancellation on 7th further to this i am still being billed for this and the debit order for this January month is still going off even though my initial cancellation request was on the 7th Nov. and legally required 30day notice. Request for manager now this entire week and still no return call from Cell C management to resolve the matter.
PUrchased Pampers Active Baby common brand no issues In a combo deal tried to have an exchange for a bigger size no stores that had the same deal has stock of a bigger size so next best thing to not take the revenue away from the brand swop it for a othert brand bigger size cant do that,cause i dont have a slip yet i baught it on my smart shopper. Manage to get the transaction ID from Smart Shopper team YAY happy now i can change it . NOPE its still a no Even though i can prove i purchased it it i did not go from a corporate to a franchise store. I literally went from CW to Ottery .Ottery Customer service or lack of advises i cant change it cause i dont have a slip even though i can prove on smart shopper i baught it i have to go back 35km to Canal walk to change it or refund it WORST thing ever experienced and now i know why i dont like supporting this brand . I felt like i stole this bag of Pampers cause i can do nothing but give out money to drive to a store to change a pack of kimbies to the equivalent in petrol. Then i continue supporting your competitor as i never had such **** thrown at me ever.
Definitely once again one of my reason for leaving this company and moving on. Never able to get through when requesting a call back a even bigger joke. Not to mention emailing Tyronelo the head of customer complaints and hell she cant even assist with a cancellation. Please my people out there any other insurance i will recommend but not Budget
If i could give less i would My script was uploaded 28 Nov 5-7 days turn around and somehow the people cant read cause they advised me the script date is wrong i showed them it is correct and uploaded the same script with the correct date 7th December and still no action we know couriers are closing so guess i wont get my medication being a heart patient and no medication for a full month cause your sorry company cant move faster
Order in store took a seat Understood place was busy so prepared for the wait I was order 390 on Sunday 27th November Man the store was order 405 already and the server and the manager couldn't explain to me what was the hol miraculously when the new manager came on duty at 3 55mins after order my food came out along with order 409 Get your stores in order your kitchen staff clearly doesn't know numerical order
