I bought a phone online from Huawei on the 1st of October 2024. It was delivered on the 3rd of October 2024. While I was busy with settings it automatically switched off. I logged a chat on their website and I was advised to send it for repairs. At repair centre they told me they can't fix the phone because it's less than 7 days. I then called the customer care centre and I was told to log a return from, did that and I was called to be advised that if I want a replacement phone I need to log a replacement form and they will send a courier to bring a replacement phone and I must give him the faulty one. Today, the 10th of October the courier calls me for collection, when I ask him if he has a replacement phone he said he didn't have. I called the customer centre and I was told that I have to give him the phone, they will check it first and they will replace it. I waited for 10 days for a phone and now I'm told to wait for 10 working days to get my refund. What a nerve
On the 1st of December 2023, I logged a notice to vacate on the HPM app. The next day I got a response from them with instructions to download the forms and ask property manager of Matlosana Gardens to sign it and I need to email it back to the email that was provided. During the month I went to their onsite office to look for the property manager to sign the documents for me, I was told (maintenance people) that the manager is not in office because he/she is sick. I was then send to Block 23 for alternate assistance. I found a lady who was not even helpful, she was so rude and she told me that because I logged the notice on the app she can't assist, it is beyond her control. Next day I went to the office again and there was no one. One day I was passing by the office and it was open, went in and I found someone to assist. He told me that I'm late but he will send finance an email to stop the debit other to go through and process my notice. He even sign the forms for vacating the property. But now on the 28th they debited the rental money and now it is a problem for them to refund me. I've been calling them from the 28th with a promise to call back. I am stranded at Klerksdorp because I need to use the money to go back to Johannesburg. No one is getting back to me.
I am totally unhappy with the service that I'm getting from 121. I was out of network from the 19th of December. I reported it and I was told it will be fixed. An agent was send after I have send numerous messages and she only changed the network cable and still did have network. Today is the 21st I still don't have network after I have sent them a message regarding the issue.
I am using prepaid water and my water was finished. I went to buy water and when I came back I realised that my meter reading is not displaying anything. I logged a complaint on the app to their maintenance department till today no one can to check what the problem is. I still don't have water. I haven't bathed. I can't cook. My little sister visited me with her 11 month old. You can just imagine my situation right now. I'm so annoyed
After I wrote to Hello Peter, I received a call from Nathi at Dstv and he promised that he will inform me with every step about my complaint. I haven't heard from him since then instead I'm still receiving calls offering me the same promotion.
Very very bad service. I have order a decor with them before lockdown and I still haven't received it. I've been calling them almost every week without success. What is worse is they are debiting my account every month
I have asked intec to cancel the course that I registered with them and still my query has not reached the person responsible for the cancellation. I have sent the request on the 25/08/2015. today (26/10/2015) when I called and ask about this issue Horied said they are still going to debit my account for 90days after receiving the cancellation. I think they are delaying this process to make money. I am very angry and I want them to stop debiting my account. I have already paid a lot of money that is deposit R2400 and they have debited my account 10 times.
