I recently had a bad experience with Mercedes Benz in Menlyn. I booked a service for my car. Communication was lacking and I ended up taking my without it been serviced. I have been following up with them and to date they have not communicated with my service plan policy. I will not be taking my car there anymore
I had an accident with my car last week Wednesday 05/02/2025. My claim is pending a debit order to go off my bank account 1st before further processing. In all the years I had comprehensive car I have never been subjected to this nonsense!!! I have never skipped a payment on this insurance now my claim is pending the next debit order!! This is unacceptable to say the least
In March 2023, I decided to take an additional service plan to cover things like brake pads for my car and the lady who assisted me did not mention that my car's brake pads will only be covered upto R5000. MVIA gave me options now to choose from which will not benefit me. I requested the recorded calls and I have not received them.
Yeah neh, Vodacom is really trying my patience.... Now I owe them R16954. 64 for a cellphone I don't have after speaking to someone at their ***** Dispute Dept. Next step would be the Ombudsmen because it doesn't seem that they take me serious.
I am so frustrated with Vodacom on how they handled my ***** disputes. I am still being billed for a handset that I did not apply for and yet when I call them they don't resolve this issue. Their ***** dispute department promised to call me back and they did not. I am gatvol of Vodacom and I am no going to renew any existing contracts with them
My account was paid up and was advised to reverse the last installment, a few days later, I got a call from Blake and Associates stating that my account is in arrears after I was advised by a BMW rep to reverse the last installment. BMW Finance has brought my name into disrepute and I need a formal apology from them! If not I will take legal action.
I recently bought Foschini underwire bras thinking it would be good quality, oooh how wrong I was!!! The bras’ wires always pop out even though I take care of these bras by hand washing them!!!
I recently upgraded my contract and Vodacom was going to send the phone via RAM courier. I've been waiting for my new phone for over 2 weeks!!! I contacted RAM courier and still have not received the phone. I am thinking of cancelling this upgrade because the service I have received from both Vodacom and RAM courier is pathetic!!
