Giving 1 star is too much. I will never do business with Wesbank for one simple reason. I settled my lease with Wesbank on Jan 2018 and requested my registration papers thereafter. More than 5 years down the line I have yet to receive my registration papers after I have provided them with everything they needed. Every time I call they tell me to send a email, then it takes them 3-5 working days just to read an email.... Wesbank cant take any more days to send me my papers that they have been holding for the past 5 years... It belongs to me since the day I settled the lease. This is the worst customer service in this country, and that takes allot to achieve. Do your job for once and stop hiding behind working days to delay the process.
If I cod give no stars I would give it. It is more than a year that I reporterd to the owner that the galvanized balcony roof structure that they installed in Feb 2020. Started rusting and paint falling off 8 months after installation. They assured me that they would come and fix it. 14 months down the line it still have not been done. Daylight robbey! I regretably gave my boss their contact info for a qoute in June 2020 for which they did not even show up...
I Would like to quote the feedback from Telkom on which no responses were made back:

SUPPLIER'S RESPONSE Telkom Time and Date 16:39:46 | Wed 2 Mar 16
Hello Doekster,

Thank you for making contact with us. Please be advised that your query is being attended to and feedback will follow.

Your Reference: SM207784

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Regards,
Moenieb.
Telkom Social Media Team.

I have received nothing after this. No emails were sent by Telkom to state how far the investigation is. We have phoned Telkom and all they say they are busy on the case. If this is Telkom's attitude I will also be busy when it comes to the payment of the next month's account.....
Then Telkom should not expect to receive payment on their terrible customer services that they provide.
By saying that you must pay R700 in advance before an existing line can be converted to an ADSL line, and then not setting the R700 off against the billed amount with the excuse that the R700 is actually a deposit for some day you decide to cancel the ADSL line is FRAUD. Telkom should contact me via email and not on my cell as it is off during office hours.
We have applied to Telkom to add an ADSL line to our existing telephone line in the start of Jan 2016. We were told that we have to pay R700 before they will install the line. No technician were at the house till this day. We had to wait for 21 working days for this to be done. We had to call and follow up after the 21 days what is going on. Telkom then told us that the line is activated and that they will let a technician call us to assist with the setup of the internet modem. After a week Telkom phones us to set the modem up, but the person could not assist us. He then told us that he will let another technician phone us that same day. A whole week pass and on 6 Feb 2016 a technician calls when we are not home we told him to call on Monday 8 Feb 2016. This did not happen. We called Telkom on 13 Feb 2016 and finally got someone to help us. This was more than a month of no internet access. Telkom then billed us for Jan 2016 when we did not have any internet connection. This is surely not right!!! The R700 did also not get set off against the invoice for ADSL line. Telkom now claims it is for a deposit for when we cancel our internet. This was not what we have been told at first????
I wanted to purchase a Asus pentium processer laptop as advertised till 29 Feb 2016 for R3999. When I started to ask about the features the laptop they were advertising it was not a Pentium processor but a Celeron. It was a complete different product. When I pealed off the label is showed Celeron. By putting an other product's label on it does not change the actual product. I asked them why they false advertise and the manager could not answer me. I requested that they order a asus pentium processor laptop from head office but they refused. The product was also a 2nd generation processor and not a 3rd generation as advertised.
I went to Incredible Connection Baywest in Port Elizabeth yesterday 7 Feb 2016. They had the laptop in stock that I wanted to purchase, but they were advertising it for R4799 on the web site and in store it was R4999. Their excuse was that it is the online price? I wanted to purchase it on credit, but they could not help me because they are waiting for their credit application system to be activated since December 2015. (I did not want to apply for credit on RCS or Vodacom) So Baywest Incredible Connection advised me to go to the Greenacres branch. So off I went to Greenacres. When I came at Greenacres Incredible Connection, they were out of stock. I asked them can I apply for the credit so long. When the lady went through my info she complained that my bank statement was in Afrikaans and that the one month's income on my bank statement was R500 more than on my payslip. I explained to her that my employer reimbursed me for an office expense that I paid that month out of my own pocket. She did not accept this. She refused to assist me further and told me to provide her with an English bank statement next time.
Saturday (14 Feb 2015) afternoon my family and I were driving home from Calitzdorp. On our way home to PE on the N2 highway we encountered a City to City bus with the registration number YTY480 GP who joined the N2 at the Humansdorp intersection. The bus drove behind us and just past the JBay intersection (Caltex stop) on the down hill it wanted to pass us. We were travelling at the speed limit of 120km/h and this bus was exceeding the speed limit and there was not enough space for him to pass because there were vehicles coming from the opposite direction. The bus driver soon realised that the bus wont be able to make the pass. Instead of falling back behind us, the driver swerved over to our side when the bus was right next to us. I fortunately reacted in time and slammed on my the brakes, and swerved off the road so that the bus could pass and miss us.

Is this how a person who has a licence to transport people drive??? The driver put all of us in our car and all the passengers on that bus in danger. .

After the incident I phoned the number on the bus and reported the driver. The driving was reckless, and irresponsible and I will never in my life ride in that bus!!!
