<p>I have been for 15 years with standard bank bluebean card and last couple of years there customer services dep. do not sort out problems as they have to when you call with problem half the time you end up more angry than before the call.For months now at least once a week I had threaten calls and sms from there attorneys about my acc. and every time they call they want to do a sec. check with me but they beleave they do not need to id. themselfs to me.But after I called in 3 months ago I was told that I dont pay my acc. every month that is the reason fot there calls.After I give them prove of my payments for every month I was told that some of my payments went to another account and this will be sorted out and was given a ref. number for this I still sit with same problem and threats and no reply from bank. I think it is simply a matter of incompetent staff at same time I lost my card months ago in car accident and havent used it for months but my monthly payment went up in double.</p> <p>Surely not a fan of this card anymore</p> <p> </p>
<p>IT HAPPENED A COUPLE OF TIMES IN PAST THAT I LOOSE ONE OF MY PHASES AS IAM A THREE PHASE CUSTOMER AND EVERY TIME IT TAKES UP TO TWO WEEKS OF PHONE CALLS EVERY DAY TO GET IT SORTED OUT AS IT IS THE CASE AGAIN I REPORTED IT WEEK AND HALF AGO AND STILL NOT ABLE TO USE MY THREE PHASE EQUIP. AND NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL TELLING ME WHATEVER SO HOLDING ON THE 0800 NUMBER IS A PART OF MY WORKDAY </p> <p>IF YOU CAN ONLY GET COUNCIL WORKERS THAT PUT THERE WORK BEFORE FUN AND PAY</p>

<p>ON 26 OF JULY WE REPORTED OUR DAMAGED TO THE INSURER AFTER THE TORNADO THAT CAUSED DAMAGE IN TEMBISA AS WE ARE ACCROSS THE R21 HIWAY FROM TEMBISA .WE GOT A THATCH ROOF AND WITH THE STORM ONE OF THE WINDOWS IN THE ROOF WAS RIPTED OUT AND LEFT A OPENING IN GRASS WHICH WAS FILLED WITH HEAL AND WATER ON TOP OF TWO BEDROOM CUBBOARDS .4 DAYS AFTER WE HAD A CALL FROM ISIHAWU ESISHA PROPERTY SERVICES THAT THEY THE SUBCONTRACTOR FOR NEDBANK INSURANCE TO HEAR THAN THAT THEY DONT DO THATCH NOR CUBBOARD REPAIRS AND THEY WILL FORWARD THIS TO INSURER.SINCE THE DAY WE REPORTED THE CLAIM AND RECEICED A CLAIM NUMBER TILL TODAY WE HAD NOT ONE SINGLE FOLLOW UP FROM THE INSURER .AT SAME TIME WE MOVED INTO A GUESTHOUSE ON MY EXSPENCE WEEK 4 I GOT ANOTHER REPAIRER IN WHO FINISHED THE JOB YESTERDAY TODAY THE INSURER TOLD US THAT REPAIR IS NOT PAYABLE BY THEM BECAUSE THERE SUBCONTRACTOR DID NOT DO IT I HANDED A QUOTE IN FOR THE REPAIR TO TWO CUBBOARDS AND WAS TOLD TODAY THEY WILL HAVE THERE SUBCONTRACTOR OUT WITHIN FOUR DAYS TO COME AND DO A QUOTE BECAUSE HE WILL BE CHEAPER SO WE GOING TO STAY ANOTHER MONTH IN GUESTHOUSE I END UP WITH A BILL MORE THAT WHAT THE INSURANCE PAYS FOR REPAIRS ON CLAIM.HOW IS THAT FOR SERVICE SO IF YOU TAKE UP A NEDBANK BOND PLEASE TRY TO GET YOUR OWN HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE FROM THE START AS THEY NOT INTRESTED TO MOVE YOUR COVER AFTERWARDS</p>

I HAD A CLAIM SOME TIME AGO AND WE COULD NOT USE THE IPAD FUCTIONS ON THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT AS MY POLICY WAS STILL NOT LOADED AFTER TWO AND HALF YEARS SO NO INSPECTION PHOTOS WAS DOWNLOADED TO THE SYSTEM AND AFTER SPENDING HALF DAY ON PHONE EVERYBODY WAS PASSING THE BUCK SO I ENDED UP TOLD BY CLAIMS THAT THEY WILL ONLY SETT 45% OF ORGINAL CLAIM.AFTER 4 MONTHS I LEARNED THAT THE OMBUTSMAN WILL NOT GET INVOLVED BECAUSE THEY KEEP CLAIM AS PENDING AND TAKING THIS UP THEM CLAIMS I WAS TOLD THEY WILL ONLY UNDO THE PENDING IF I SIGN THAT I ACCEPT FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT OF 45% OF CLAIM.IS THAT THE REASON WHY THEY CLAIM THEY GOT LOW TURN AROUND CLAIMS BY OMBUTSMAN.IT SOUNDS GOOD IN ADVERTS BUT CUSTOMER COMES SECOND WHEN THERE IS A CLAIM AND THEY CALL IT WITHIN TERMS.
I UPGRADED 3 WEEKS AGO A LINE WITH TELESALES AND ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE PHONE TWICE TIME COURRERS CLAIM THAT THEY WANTED TO DELIVER PHONE BUT I WAS NOT AT HOME AND HAD NO MISS CALLS THAN I WAS TOLD THE DELIVERY ARE GOING TO HAPPEN ON FRIDAY PAST I MUST JUST WAIT TILL THEY CAME NO TIME AT 3 OCLOCK I CALL AGAIN TO FIND OUT WHAT NOW TO BE TOLD NO IT IS ONLY GOING TO HAPPEN ON MONDAY SO I HAVE TO TAKE ANOTHER DAY LEAVE AS THEY CAN NOT DELIVER TO MY WORK PLACE WHAT DOES THESE PEOPLE THINK THEY GOING TO SPOIL YOU WITH A BAG OF GOLD AND EVERYBODY YOU TALK TO AT CELL C PASS THE BUCK <br>
I AM 3 YEARS WITH OUTSURANCE AND I PAST 8 MONTHS I HAD 2 SMALL ACCIDENTS WHERE MYSELF BUMPED CARS BY ROBOTS AT THE REAR WITH MY BANTAM BOTH CASES ABOUT R20000 TO REPAIR FIRST TIME I BATTLE TO HAVE MY BANTAM REPAIRED AS THEY CLAIM IT ONLY WORTH R33000 BUT SAME BANTAM SELLS EVERY WHERE BETWEEN R45000 AND R60000 AND THAN CONDITION WORSE NOW WITH SECOND BUMP SAME STORY BUT THEY CLAIM THAT MY CAR WAS NOT REPAIRED BECAUSE I NOW CLAIM AGAIN VERY SAME SPARES AND ALSO THEY GOT NO INSPECTION REPORT AFTER THEY FOUND IT IN ARC.THEY ONLY PREPARED TO SPEND A THIRD OF R33000 ON REPAIR IF IS INSPECTED AGAIN SO AFTER THE REPAIR I TOOK IT STRAIGHT FROM PANELBEATER TO GLASSFIT FOR INSPECTION AND WAS TOLD AFTER SPENDING WITH GLASSFIT HALF HOUR ON PHONE TO OUTSURANCE THAT THEY CAN NOT DO THE PHOTOS AS MY POLICY IS NOT ON SYSTEM.HOW GREAT IS THIS INSURANCE SO I DONT KNOW IF IAM COVERED AT THE MOMENT PLUS THEY SAY TAKE THIS CRAPP OFFER OFF R11000 OR NOTHING.IF YOU THAN SEE THE AMOUNT THEY COVER YOU FOR WHEN YOU HAVE A CLAIM THAN ONE CAN UNDERSTAND HOW THEY CAN CUT PREMIES OF OTHER SUPPLIERS BECAUSE YOU ARE COVERED FOR LESS<br> GREAT INSURANCE
