Caught hook line and sinker
5 months ago I signed a contract to store goods at the Stor-age unit in Craighall Park. I have now received notification that my monthly rent has been increased by R 330 pm (over 15%). This is over 3 times the inflation rate. I feel Stor-age are being ********* by increasing the rental by such a large amount so soon after I signed the contract0 replies

No service delivery
Pharmacy Direct continues to deliver my medicine very late month after month. And this only after numerous phone calls. Their commitment to their clients is sadly lacking. The only thing they are good at doing is apologising.1 reply

Takealot has let me down
I am a victim of takealot *****. I was given a Takealot voucher for R 1500. I spent about R 1000 but before I was able to use the balance someone ordered MTN vouchers for R 510 using my account. Why is there a security bridge? All attempts to phone Takealot has been fruitless. Not acceptable.0 replies

Pharmacy Direct. How not to provide service
I am writing this review on behalf of Heidi Tietjens *** who lives in our retirement village. This is what she says: Pharmacy Direct often delivers the incorrect medicine. The deliveries are often late; When medicines are returned there are no refunds; Communications such as email hardly ever are responded to; Request for statements are ignored. Bonitas does not provide any alternatives. Service can't get much worse than this.2 replies

Outsurance an ********* surprise
I am a 74 year old living in a retirement village. Outsurance has once more tried to **** me with my policy. They increased my premium by over 15% and my 15-year-old car by 20%. All the reasons given to me through a phone call were lame: rate hike, load shedding etc. After a vigorous discussion, they gave me a small discount, but not nearly enough for me not to cancel my policy. Outsurance has joined the long list of ********* and ******* companies.2 replies

Matrix does not care
I am being double billed. All efforts to contact them have failed. I have left 6 messages via their website, email, and several different phone calls (can't get through via their call centre. I am left with no other option other than to cancel my contract and look for a company that cares.1 reply

Vodacom found to be unethical
Vodacom has shown itself to be deceiving and unethical. They tried to dupe my next door neighbour, a 90 year women who is partially blind to take a computer in view of "faithful service". No strings attached. No extra payments they said. She insisted she was unable to use the computer. They sent it anyway. In returning the computer we discovered that they had increased her monthly account from R 180 to R450. Such deception is unbelievable.4 replies
