Terrible service, ai have a fibre line which I use for online gaming. For the past three days I cannot connect to gaming servers. Both PlayStation and Openserve has advised that it's an easy fix and that Telkom needs to open the ports. Call their technical department where no one knows how to do port forwarding and they advised that it's impossible to fix the issue. The last agent we spoke to named Kato even advised that the only solution is to cancel the contract and rather go with another ISP. So your own staff even recommends another ISP. I am cancelling as there are no other options according to Telkom. I even the steps and information for them to follow to resolve the issue but they refuse.....it's literally a 5 minute fix. Bye Telkom, never again. Thank you to the technical agents who recommended cancelling and going to another ISP.
I bought a Renault Sandero in 2022, had it a while and then traded it in at Renault Northcliff for a brand new Renault triber in 2024 which I had for one year before trading it and buying a Renault Kiger Intense this year in April 2025. Now I had a service plan with the Sandero and then it got transferred and added onto the Triber and then when I bought the Kiger I was told the same would happen and the balance of the service plan which I am paying for will be transferred to the Kiger. I have been dealing with two of your sale agents\managers namely Denzel and Arthur at Renault Northcliff who both assured me of this and before I signed my contract for the Kiger I asked again and was again assured by Denzel that the service plan is sorted out and I should not worry about it. I have been waiting for proof of the service plan and exactly what the balance of the service plan remains. I have been trying to get this information from the two mentioned sales persons for since April without any success. I try calling the dealership and Denzel doesn’t accept my calls. When I leave a message to be called back no one does. I have even sent numerous messages to Arthur via WhatsApp who keeps promising he will get Denzel to call me and give me all the information about the service plan but never does. If you guy have two managers who can’t give me this details then how am I as a customer supposed to get this information. I keep calling and asking for a manager to speak to but no one is ever available and yes you guessed it….when I leave a message no one calls. Can someone please assist and get me the relevant information. They never had a problem getting hold of me to conclude the sale and kept pushing to sign the contract and to quote them "don't worry it is taken care and will be transferred'' I have a terrible feeling that I got conned into this by these sales managers who I trusted as this is my third car I a bought from them and never had this issues before.
Tried calling their technical support 10210, on 19/03/2025 - 15:35 - 15:45. Whoever is on duty keeps dropping the call as it rings. Tried in total 9 times!!!
Good customer service and quick and easy process of the claim.
I ordered a product online and the entire registering and payment process went smoothly. However with regards to the delivery it failed. I then contacted the driver who said he was at my address and waited 10 minutes then left. He claims he called my cell which was a lie. I asked if he hooted he said yes which was also a lie. He managed to describe places in my area and has a picture of my address which is a grey house which is also a lie because I have a blue house. I tried contacting Game customer service and was told they would call me in 15 minutes which they didn't. I then went onto the online chat service where another idiot was saying they checking for more than 30 minutes. So I called customer service again and again I was told they will contact the store and call me back which again never happened. I would not recommend anyone using their online service for purchases. I wish I could give them a zero rating.
Excellent, friendly and professional service. My application was successful with step by step guidance for every detail. Their APP is user friendly and simple to use. Thank you so much to Felix for assisting me. You were very professional and friendly and really helped me out timeously with little to no effort on my side. He even went the extra mile to contact the dealership where I bought my car and get all the relevant information for me and confirming my application with them.
If I could give you zero (0) stars I would. I recently bought a new car which came with tracker for three (3) years. The unit was installed at the dealership and I was provided with the tracker booklet and account information for the installation of the tracker. I contacted the tracker call centre and the first agent just told me to hold and dropped the call. I called back and spoke to another agent who was very extremely rude, unhelpful and very unprofessional. Very poor service and an ''APP'' that is just as bad as their service. If this is how you treat a new client who just requires information and guidance I feel sorry for your existing clients which according to the ratings and comments on Hellopeter and playstore are experiencing the same terrible service from you and your company doesn't respond or get back to their clients to resolve their issues. Shame on you.

I logged a technical fault with Telkom 2017/10/17 stating that the Network is very slow and that I am not experiencing the full potential of the 4mb line. The consultant at the time explained and confirmed that I was supposed to be getting download speeds of 3.5mb and 4mb and upload speeds of 450kb to 700kb per second and upon trouble shooting and testing the router with them, we confirmed that we not getting those speeds. The fault (102CRK171017) was logged and I was advised that a technician will be sent out to assess and possibly resolve the situation. To this day, a technician never showed up. Another fault was logged (156CRK130218) was logged and the same process followed. When contacting them again 2018/02/22, 23, 24 & 25, they advised me that a technician was at my place and that they contacted me 2018/02/19, to which i advised them that no one was here nor did anyone contact me. They proceeded to make notes on their system and advised that the technician will be informed and that I will receive the required assistance. I called again today 2018/03/02 to advise them that I am experiencing yet another issue with my router in that it now doesn't connect at all and explained that the DSL is flashing. I also receive a error message on the router interface stating that the router is not syncing. They advised that they can only escalate the matter and have a technician sent out. I am now frustrated at the level of service received from Telkom as well as their lack of communication between departments/ colleagues as each person I speak to provides a different story. I don't even have this line for a year yet and this is the service I have received. Also note that this is no cheap line as I pay over R600 for a contract that supposed to be R599 fixed per month as per Telkom
I bought a Gobii phone from Kalahari at round about May 2014. Two months after having the phone I noticed the battery giving problems and it would just die alot. After charging one day I noticed the back cover was a bit open and chipped and then realised the battery was swollen. I immediately switched everything off and took the battery out and put everything back in the box. I contacted kalahari and they said they will contact me wyen they have batteries in stock. I waited until Feb 2015 and still ni contact and now they say they dont stock it anymore somthey would have to give me a refund because of the one year guarentee. They collected and confirmed they recieved the phone back on the 6/01/2015 and will take 14 working days to sort everything out. I have been calling and emailing and no one can help me or knows whats happening. I get promised by each agent that they'll find out and get back to me but no one does. I spoke to Madelaine today and still no luck. I will never do business with them ever again and strongly advise that no one else does either. Ive been a customer for ten years now and very unhappy with their service and this is not the first time either.
