I've always had great service from sixty60. Been using them for months and never have I been disappointed. The delivery times are super reliable and if they are running late you get a whatsapp and email notification. Keep up the good work guys!
I cancelled my services early last month and understand that I need to give a month's notice. On Monday 1 March suddenly I have no internet access and all devices connected to the router shows no internet connection. Their payment for March went through and no I have no internet!!! Surely if I give a month's notice I should still have internet for that month that I am paying for. Do not use their services!
I would just like to extend a thank you to the staff at Capitec Bank N1 City Mall. During this Covid-19 crisis, they are calm and patient with their clients. As a pregnant woman, I was fetched from the back of the queue and they helped me immediately. Happy to be banking with Capitec Bank right now

WHEN I FAILED TO PAY MY DSTV SUBSCRIPTION END OF MAY - I EXPECTED IT TO BE DISCONNECTED DUE TO NON PAYMENT. WE THEN WENT WITHOUT DSTV FOR 4 MONTHS AND THIS WEEK I MADE A PAYMENT EXPECTING TO PAY A RECONNECTION FEE + MY SUBSCRIPTION FEE. TURNS OUT THAT DSTV FAILED TO DISCONNECT MY SUBSCRIPTION AND NOW EXPECTS ME TO PAY MORE THAN DOUBLE MY MONTHLY FEEL FOR A SERVICE THAT I DID NOT USE. I FIND IT TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!!!
<p>I contacted MultiChoice customer service on Thursday evening so for them to add a device to my account and to change that device to my primary device. Once that was sorted, the guy that was assisting me asked if everything was working properly but there was an error! Before I could elaborate on the error, my airtime cut and I thought that I would have to wait until I had airtime on Friday in order to phone back and reconnect. A few minutes later, everything was sorted! I just want to thank the guy that was working behind the scenes to fix the issue!</p>
