We were there 4 September till 8 September 2023, at Dikhololo. We stayed in Kudu 22. Arived the Monday, complained the Tuesday about rats, at reception, were toldcthey were having problems with rats and did put a rat trap. Friday we left and showed a manager Hennie, the foto's we took. No reply from Dikhololo. We send a email to The Holiday club with all the details. It is now 26 September and no response from Dikhololo or The Holiday club. This was a nightmare holiday. We have been to going to Dikholo for years, and this is the first time we had problems

We have been without wifi from 24 January. SR 230125-735904 2 Cannon Cresent Ifafi Hartbee****rt. We have 2 people working from home. It has cost us over R3000 already buying data to work, this is ridiculous, Vodacom is not going to pay us back. Looks like the whole of Hartbee****rt has been without wifi and we do not get any help from. We get told it is not there fold it is a third-party. My contract is with Vodacom not a third-party. At this stage I am seriously thinking of canceling my contract with Vodacom
On 27 December 2022 our Fibre went down and we reported it. It came back up in 2 and a half hours later., but with a speed of below 2Mbps. Emailed and had to send proof of speed, which was done on the 29th, and wasted informed it has to be in PDF format. Send on the 29th and new service number was logged SR221229-656949 Have been calling and keep being told that they will expedite it. We have 2 people working from home, and are not able to do so currently.
There staff is always friendly and helpful
Every time there is a water leak we are without wifi. The Fibre were laid on top of the water pipes?? We are 3 people working from home if we do not have wifi we cannot work, and we do not get paid!! I know it is long weekend but for us working there is no work no pay policy. How ridiculous is this that they cannot fix it before Monday?? If I do not get paid how do you expect me to pay VODACOM?? They don't care about any of this!!! How can you lay your cables on top of water pipes and expect not to have problems. Vodacom you have to fix this, your customers cannot pay for your mistakes. I am so sick and tired of the same story. Who is going to pay my bills??
Went there for a 1 week break with my suster and sister in law. They are busy with renovations. At no stage did it affect our stay there. The renovation workers made sure they did there work without us feeling like we are at a construction site. They were like the staff at the resort friendly and professional. Thank you to everyone for making our break fantastic. We'll done everyone
Ordered a Portable handheld travel steamer. Order number #1495 EFT R167.99 was confirmed on 19 May 2021 and it was on its way. 2 weeks later I received a email informing me that the product has been recalled because they had complains about it. Have send emails asking to have the product or my money returned, no reply on any of my emails. Please warn people about this company. They stole my money, I am a pensioner and had to save to buy this. Now I do not have my steamer or my money?
Had to have a opretation on my hand. Would like to compliment everyone from entrance to my exit. They were all helpful and friendly. Thank you for all your help and hard work. You are all heroes.
Been without wifi for almost a week. Was told it was only us and technician will phone within 2 hours, they did not. We phone 3 hours later and was told technician will only come 48 hours later which they did. Were told sorry it is not there problem the fiber was damaged by Munisipality. We were the only people, according to them, that was affected by this, and they do not work on weekends. I presume they don't care if you loose money, because of Covid we work from home and if there is no fiber you cannot do your job!! Vodacom we pay every month on time, why do you not care about your service????
