Ordered online , what a nightmare ...waited over an hour for the food. In the interim I phoned to make sure that there was no pink 1000 island sauce on my kids burgers...was assured there wouldn't be... then I called again after an hour ...asking where the food was ...apparently on its way ...I asked if the food would get here cold...was told NO.... food got here 1h30 mins later. My kids burgers smothered in 1000 island pink sauce ...food ice cold and missing chips from the one meal... R400 wasted on bad food...bad service (this was Saturday) ...today Tuesday ...I get a call at 20h00 at night from some guy that has screaming in the background ...can barely speak properly ...saying things like the food was late because steers ran out of food ...and that I must order tomorrow and he will make sure my order is right (like im going to waste money again) 3 days later ...after my complaint...a Damager decides to call me at 8pm at night ...asks me how many times I order from them..( like is that important after the whole meal was a nightmare. COLD FOOD...MISSING FOOD ...KIDS FOOD DRENCHED IN PINK SAUCE ... AND SOME IDIOT MANAGER DAMAGER THAT CANT EVEN APOLOGISE PROPERLY WITH SCREAMING PEOPLE IN THE BACKGROUND. MAITLAND CT ..DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THERE. OBVIOUSLY STEERS HEAD OFFICE CANT CARE TO PHONE AN UNHAPPY CLIENT, THEY MAKE IT WORSE BY GETTING SOMEONE TO "APOLOGISE" WITH A PHONE CALL AT 8PM AT NIGHT. IF THERE WAS A NO STAR OPTION...I WOULD GIVE IT.
I really would like to rate UCT online no stars. My daughter started at this "online "school in January 2022. Too say that it was a nightmare, Is an understatement. Firstly, one should know that is is NOT UCT BUT A COMPANY CALLED VALENTURE and 2ndly that my daughter came from a school where she was ALWAYS one of the top 3 In her grade every year. She had never failed in her life before. Uct online did NOT assist my daughter when she needed help. She worked on modules and If she needed help from a teacher , she would have to book a session . When she tried to book , she could only get a session the following week as teachers were booked up for the week.. (a child needs help now NOT A WEEK LATER) BEcause of UCT onlines lack of teachers,(they admitted that to me and assured me that they were employing more teachers to fix this challenge) my daughter could not complete some modules, she fell further and further behind. You can not progress to the next module unless you have passed and completed the previous module. She was working and trying so hard with very little or no support. I was checking up on her daily. She was becoming anxious, her self- esteem was taking a knock and she was feeling like she was getting no where. She was asking for help and told to wait. Let me be clear, she was putting in the effort, she worked through her holidays to catch up but she was getting no help at all from teachers. And when she did get help....15 mins allocated only. ..now imagine a math problem that a child doesn't understand and a teacher had only 15 mins for you....not acceptable.... We had a support coach that kept on telling us she was doing fine and that we must not worry. After 3 months (and a zoom session with the support coach, the head support coach and someone else- who basically never directly answered any of my questions but just chatted in a round about way, i left that meeting and contacted WECD) I decided to go to the Department of education for help. I told my daughter that she must do her best, not be stressed and that we were going to get her back into her old school. I got her back in at the end of term two and then asked her old school If she could write term 2 exams because uct online hadn't even been able to assist her with modules therefore she could not do her exams.(the school psychologist said it's a lot of pressure on her but my daughter wrote anyway) I would like to say that we lost alot of money in fees and got absolutely nothing in return EXCEPT FOR MY daughters mental state and well being that was at risk because of Uct onlines only interest and focus was the money. I couldn't even NOT pay them because they would just lock my daughter out of the online portal. And then they would say she wasn't doing well because I wouldn't pay school fees, so keeping their monthly fees was NOT an option EVEN WHEN ALL THEY WERE DOING WAS TAKING OUR MONEY AND MAKING MY DAUGHTER INTO AN ANXIOUS WRECK. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU PUT YOUR CHILD INTO A POSITION LIKE THAT . DO NOT BE DUPED BECAUSE YOU SEE THE UCT NAME LINKED AND THINK ITS OF THE SAME CALIBRE. It's not. Look at valenture school, St. Stithians shut down their online school with valenture...why? Look at the reviews. Ask questions like...how many children passed last year at uct online, how many left , how many failed ... if uct online says it had 5000 plus many learners last year and then all of a sudden say more than 1000 leave...then there is a problem. And it's not the children. It's their system. Because I didn't wait for uct online to GET better but I actually listened to my child and got her out of a very bad online school situation, she passed and is going to the next school year ...but some parents stayed Thinking it would get better. It didn't. Their children wrote exams and even got zeros ... Ask yourself if you want to put your child through that. My child was a paying guinea *** for uct onlines failing system. Words like: first pioneers of uct online...were often used. But no, it was taking our money, giving my daughter mental health concerns and not assisting at all. Please please please do not put your child through this . Do not believe it's a uct initiative it's a valenture online school and why uct even allows their name to be used , is concerning, when there are so many parents and students that were not passing or getting the help they needed . Uct online should pay us back our fees and money , they gave no service, did nothing but take our money and we also forked out a fortune to buy the list of books and stationery for a system that was not even run correctly .... Also uct online has not even got their CAPS system up and running properly but is now saying that they are offering Cambridge schooling as well ??? First sort out your CAPs issues....one would you think??? We are no longer UCT ONLINES PAYING GUINEA ***S FOR THEIR TRIAL (PROFITTING) SCHOOL SYSTEM failed us [and MANY others. ] PLEASE RESEARCH BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR CHILD THERE.
I wish I could give this company no stars. Really, don't waste your money. You paying for something that is basically free. But you paying so that you do have to utilize your time to build from scratch. From the start, I paid for a monthly marketing fee. Only to find that they couldn't integrate Instagram..... Struggled to integrate pintrest.... Facebook was a night mare., and facebook would allow me to publish my link. .... So paying for absolutely no marketing. When I brought it to their attention, they gave me back two months marketing fees. Sadly it seems everything is copied and pasted from these ready made stores... So all my 2000 line items had hash tags that actually did not pertain to them... Eg... Ladies fashion had hash tags for tech and men's and housewares...... And vice versa.... When I brought this to their attention.... They deleted All my hash tags.... So literally if I wanted hash tags I would have to physically go into every single line items.... (I actually think it would be easy to build my own store than to fix 2000 line items)... Not exactly the service I thought I was paying for.... The cherry on the top was that they literally copied and pasted... But forgot to actually change the old websites name to my website.... So some items were saying.... Brought to you by www. SOME OTHER WEBSITE NAME.... THEY changed this. I got a welcoming call... After that it was all very very... Impersonal and... Oh... Create a ticket number.... No actual help or assistance. Also, the first week of the website, I picked up very bad price discrepancies. And that was deleted. Since you have to read a novel anyway from RMS portal to do everything yourself anyway... Rather just do everything from scratch. You will save money and you will definitely be better off. My dropshipping prices were so expensive that even my family in USA said they would not buy from my site.... And I was left too scared to play around to make pricing cheaper. It's a business that only benefits RMS and I fathom to see how RMS can even have such great reviews. Don't waste your money.....
<p>I have been selling and buying on bid or buy for a few years now and have always maintained a high score rating. </p> <p> </p> <p>Sadly I have had a terrible experience from a buyer who claimed I sold a used new item. </p> <p> </p> <p>I did not refund the buyer as the itemperature was sent back in terrible damaged condition and what if the buyer is buying an item and swopping his own used item for new or decide's when he gets it he has changed his mind? </p> <p> </p> <p>I sit with an item I can now throw in the bin. </p> <p> </p> <p>I explained to bid or buy that they have NO protection for seller's. Quick to take their commission but not quick to help the seller at all when something like this happens.. in fact...they disable or review the sellers account. </p> <p> </p> <p>The buyer had a 62% rating. </p> <p>I had a high 90 plus rating.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have asked bid or buy to pay me whatever money is owing to me and to cancel all my listing as I no longer want to deal with a company that supports dodgy buyers...and refuses to assist sellers when something terrible happens.</p> <p>I have emailed them numerous times. They log my email but do not try and assist me at all. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will not give a refund to a buyer that destroyed my item. Why must I lose out? </p> <p> </p> <p>Bid or buy needs to really wake up and not take sides. </p> <p>Really bad business ethics and i urge others To sell elsewhere as you as a seller have no support</p>
Why cant I comment on your page???? Why do u not hve a vegetarian option at spurs for your breakfast????? At cape gate and dannial ??? Manager/damager wont even swop my bacon for mushrooms.... apparently... I as a vegetarian must do something with the bacon and also.. pay extra for mushrooms... its absolutely pathetic that people that dont eat meat do not get accommodated. .. cape gate spur sux..other spurs assist me... but never this one.... and before you tell me that you hve veggie burgers.. speak to your glengarry spur...when I ordered theirs it was still frozen but at least I had a lovely big WORM on my lettuce.... at least the manager saw the problem and didnt charge.<br> <br> But this is pathetic...no assistance whatsoever from cape gate.... tried to contact spur above and get an error message. ...... all this could have been averted if they just swopped bacon for mushrooms. ...really.... costs the same....its just petty from Spurs side and obv. SPUR DOESNT CARE.
wrong car lic doc sent in feb..... still awaiting..... lost doc ..... i have been sent up and down promised 72hours later ....new forms to be sent to me for my car ......Still waiting ,......everytime i come to branch....we have to repeat same story....like a parrot.. and re-email same documents..... still nothing sorted... and when i ask to speak to branch manager here..... she is never here... i just want my car reg forms please......ANYONE??????
