I upgraded online for a Huawei phone with a freebie watch, around 14 April Phone delivery came the next week and i signed for it, there was no watch and when i called MTN i get transferred pillar to post - 8 calls later and numerous back and forth from 135 to 083123667, the last person says i must call Huawei customer care directly, and lastly now with 0861722722 I am still not getting help i am supposed to get a call from Huawei which sounds fishy
Bianca Johnson was great in communication and support to get policy active, extremely helpful and responsive.
Webafrica is a terrible provider do not use them Firstly I am with them 3 years,l total, 2 years at my previous residence, then I moved to another complex last year 25 November. So not only did they not allow me to continue month on month at my new address, they bind me to a 12 month contract and insist I am liable for installation fees if I cancel within 1 year. What installation? The complex is Fibre ready all they did was get a guy to come activate it. Unbelievable, I've been a loyal paying customer for up to 2 years when I moved, you'd think they should let me go month on month at new complex and any subsequent moves from there right? Is that unreasonable? Now I am fed up and want to cancel eff mid Dec, that's 12 months and 2 weeks since my activation at new complex, don't you know now I can't cancel on the website I must speak to someone on whatspp or acll them, and 3vwn then it's a struggle I have to be transfered to the right person department and it's 2 weeks later and still I am struggling to cancel this service. To date im still battling because I have to give reasons then no query timed out now the last reason is I have to pay cancelation fees for ending contract early, what? I'm ending this well over 12 months.
Hi I asked on their whatsapp to cancel and they insist on having to login on Web. Is that even allowed or legal. See attached chat history as this is from extremely poor service when my service is down. It will cost me more to go on their web on my personal MTN data when I have asked 10 times on whatsapp where they acknowledge my message but refuse to cancel. Th Another issue I have that must be investigated is that they did kot alert their customers that vuma has bought out SADV. VERY CONCERNING. Especially with COVID environment, is there no decency anymore or understanding as I work from home and rely on this provider for service. Kind regards Mandla Motsoasele
09 July 2019: Great service, Brad explained everything and made sense to someone who knows 0 about cars, reasonably priced and kept every promise, outstanding! Update 12 August 2019: I have to once again give major props to these guys, i am beyond impressed! After a serive on my car, the was an issue with my front wheel that the service people could not explain, i mean what the hell roght, how do you service my car and cant explain a brand new issue!!!! I called Sajco for advice and Brad asked me to bring the car in immediately and he diagnosed issue straight away, no charge. Turns out the issue had absolutely nothing to do with the work Sajco did but he could fix it anyways no charge i jus needed to get the right parts. Sajco is the best handa down in terms of service and work quality!
Debt Safe has treated me unfairly and dishonestly, i am lodging a complaint against the company and I have already demanded they remove an alert on my report as I am no longer under debt counselling review with them. I am now forced to engage directly with all providers as i have been handed over now. Debt Safe cancelled my debt review without warning or notifying me, 3 months into the process of debt review, at no point when i started or going through debt review did they explain that this may happen and nor have they explained to-date why this cancellation happened. I paid them for attorney fees the first 2 months to get a court order, yet all providers confirm that there was no court order granted nor did they agree to the new terms of reduced payments. Debt Safe need to refund me all costs incurred for services not provided i.e all attorney fees and their so called admin for ensuring i am under debt review. All of a sudden I could not get hold of them after the cancellation of my debt review nor have they acknowledged above complaint i sent to them on email to demand answers and my refund. I intend on taking this further with whatever governing body that oversees their practice as they need to answer for their conduct and refund my money. had i not opted to go wit them, I would be in a much better financial position even though my payment would be behind, as that is much better than the situation i am in now.
<p>They say on ref ********** 71 I upgraded my contract at a store in Sandton - I was never at any store and I certainly did not ask for an upgrade in person or telephonically! Please cancel this upgrade, or prove to me that I signed forms for an upgrade. What is worse is that I call and I get bounced from place to place and you want me to go to the police and provide an affidavit and dispute this, yet you are in no position to provide proof to me that I was there at all - why must I run around on this when you can't prove I was there or signed anything or asked for this, why? you need to prove to me that I asked for this, you can't do that because I did not ask for this!</p>
<p>I called multichoice twice in December, on the 15th and 16th, to cancel this account and they said it's done, yet they still taking money from my account.</p> <p>I call, again, and they say some dpp company is responsible for debit order and that my account is still active, nobody there can help and all they can do is email this dpp, can you believe that!!!</p> <p>I insisted on their email address, ********** - so I sent to ask them to cancel this subscription effective 24 December as that is when the contract for 24 months ended, just as multichoice said they would do it but clearly it's not done, asked for the refunds what is due to me and also ensure the insurance is cancelled. I get an autoreply to say it will take a few days to expect a reply, terrible terrible service and experience!!!</p> <p>I am still waiting!</p>
