We ordered a 10 piece wooden patio set but due to scratch marks on the table top from the delivery and some screws on the chairs which were not properly fastened, we requested that it be returned. We decided to rather purchase a 10 piece cast aluminium set. We were promised that the delivery will be done on Monday but at 15.45 we phoned to inquire when we could expect the delivery and was advised that they will still deliver. At about 16.10 they arrived. We showed them where the items must be placed and had to rush off to pickup my father. They only placed the table and 3 chairs on the veranda. The other 7 chairs were still wrapped together and left on the lawn. Also lying all over the garden was plastic bags containing touch-up paint/spare chair feet protectors and bubble wrap. When we arrived at home it started raining, my mom and housekeeper had to undo the chairs and quickly carry them up to the the veranda. The Tuesday Jan phoned to inquire if we were happy with the delivery and when explaining our problems, he said that he is a busy person and that we must put everything in an email, which he will then submit to Head Office.
On Friday the 27th of November 2015 we purchased 500 roof tiles from Wayne (one of the sales people) at Protector Build with that we included a fee for transportation and labour from and to our premises on handling the tiles...however also confirmed with Wayne that there might be a possibility that we can arrange our own transportation of the goods as that would save us the costs...thus ever since we collected the 500 tiles on the 28th of November 2015 with our own efforts and labourers we requested a refund of the transportation costs and this has been denied from Johan who seems to be one of the managers of Protector Build...we have made numerous calls, sent numerous e-mails, left messages with their colleagues and paid three visits to collect the money from them, however there has been no efforts from Protector Build or management of the company....note that according to their terms and conditions no refunds will be made for any goods bought at the company...however this does not have any effect on this situation as this includes a service which was not met and reached and therefore the company is purely Corrupt and Misleading
On Tuesday the 15th of December at about 8:45 pm I was finishing with my arm workout as I only had two more exercises to do for the night...on this particular machine (Double Cable Machine) I did biceps on the lower pullies like a normal straight bar bicep curl would look like and with a weight of 40 kg, note that the capabilities of the machine on max is 65 kg of weight...fortunately the cable snapped right at the beginning of the up movement and only hit myself in the abdominal section...after the shocking experience I immediately went to the information counter and spoke to the manager on duty who I know very well namely Melissa...note that I previously had similar incidences at the Horison club and at Krugersdorp club....this time however is just too serious to leave unnoticed and therefore lunching this complaint against the Virgin Active group...we pay a monthly fee of more than R 800 and with each year another increase in fees yet the equipment stays the same and never have a proper service or replacement...I strongly feel uncomfortable and unsafe with the gym equipment and have doubts in continuing with my contracts or dealings with Virgin Active...

I constantly make corprate bookins for accommodation at the lodge and the staff is very quick to reply on reservations and amazingly friendly over communication.
At the lodge they are very friendly and helpful and have a hearty feeling and atmosphere for the whole stay.

Thank you very much for the great service :)
I was a third year part time student at UJ for my BCom accounting degree - and i only had 4 second semester subjects left to study in 2015 - and paid all the fees for the outstanding 4 subjects - only to find out that the faculty rejected my registration for 2015 because they wont except any part-time students anymore.
I then requested for a refund for the subjects that i paid for as i took out expensive loans in order to pay for the study fees. After waiting more than 2 months no one contacted me - and eventually i contacted the finance faculty who informed me that Prof Dempsey refuses to refund my study fees. That is why they can afford to give free studies to thousands of other students (ex all the employees of the university's children can study whatever they want and how long they want without paying a cent for anything). How many other students Now i have to pay off a loan for something that i did not even receive any benefit from. It is show disappointing how such a good university lower themselves in this way.
We went to Cradelstone Mall on a Sunday night to watch the IMAX - Ant Man theatre and our experience was great at the movies. The staff was very friendly that worked there and the movies is being cleanded the whole time and stays sparkling :) All staff is very friendly and greets customers. They served us coffee and the lady who helped us - her name is Lindiwe - she helped is from the start to finish and we were treated like golden customers :)
Thank you very much
We purchased a Sony Home Theatre system from the store - and on the purchase date the sales person/division manager told us if we purchase an extended warranty on the Home Theatre System then it will be extended for 2 years and if something brakes or does not work then it can be send back in 3 years after purchase and they will repair/replace which ever problem there is.
A year and a half later we installed MWeb internet at our home and tested the Home Theatre system on the internet and realised that the LAN port was not working at all on the system and we havent used it before so we wouldnt know. When we took the unit in for repairs to Game they refused to repair/replace the LAN connection even though we bought the extended warranty on the purchase date. Thus i would not suggest to any one to buy the extended warranty and waste money as they are not delivering the service as the are selling.
On the website of Momentum they advertise the Momentum Multiply product - and they state that you do have to have \any"Momentum product before you can join the Momentum Multipy.
So I obtained a Momentum Life cover policy for which the quoted me R150 monthly premuim for a life cover of +-R700 000 and i asken the consultant (Joseph Samuel) will i be able to join the Momentum Multiply with this product and stated to me yes i can from the 1 April when my life Policy will be activated.
On the 1st of April a lady phoned me and told me sorry i do not qualify for the Momentum Multiply as my premium is below R250 - and i asked to take this matter to the floor manager Rudolph and he ensured me that he is going to listen to the call and then someone will contact me again the next day to discuss the issue with me - and since then i havent heard anything further from them. As the Momentum Multiply is advertised as such a wonderful product"
