You call to cancel, you email to cancel, you can make a smoke signals and they will flat ignore you. If anything is damaging their reputation, avoiding cancellations is definitely one of them. how difficult can it be to cancel a contract? They freeze the contract and lie to people and tell them its cancelled. I gave 30 days notice for my contract to be cancelled (for the 3rd time cancelling) and they cancelled it for the 28th May instead of 31 May, charging me a 900 rand cancellation fee for a period of 2 days??? make sure you put everything in writing.
Horrible experience!!! Rather go to a different branch. I went to do a sim swop 20min before closing, I could see from the beginning that the lady didn’t want to help me. No one in the shop greeted me, eventually made eye contact with a lady who was very unfriendly, no smile, rolling eyes, rude and unprofessional. I provided my id and proof of address and they had a problem with the proof of address because I blanked out my account balances, then she said sorry it’s past 7 now we can’t help you. The manager came out and said we will help you this time but don’t do it again. I don’t understand why I had to get angry, I gave the required documentation and It was if they just didn’t feel like helping me, until I got upset. I will never go back there!
I tried signing up for a Woolworths store card, I went in store but they couldn't help me and referred me to the Woolworths app. so I submitted my application and there has been no feedback, and when I follow up every time I speak to someone else they say they need my bank statements however I have already uploaded it on the app and emailed it twice to income@wfs.co.za and received an auto reply to confirm that it was received but when I call in that is not the case and I also uploaded my payslip on the app. when I tried following up today the call centre number doesn't work and says closed due to a public holiday but today is definitely not a public holiday. I was really looking forward to getting my store card but I am just so disappointed with the lack of service, no one wants to help me
based on the previous reviews for this company I am nervous about my package because there are no updates on the track and trace page on the website, I tried calling the contact number but it says this call could not be connected. I messaged on Facebook messenger, no response, I've sent an email and I'm quite sure there won't be a response. I can't believe it is so difficult for customers to get in contact with a customer service rep. How poor can your customer service possibly be? I was so keen to use this company because of the prices but all I have is regret because I was relying on the expected turn around time for delivery according to what the website quoted me. Even if the package was late I would be ok but I can't even get a simple update on when I can expect the package. I submitted this request on the 1st and I will need to go and collect the package myself if I don't receive an update today, but then how do I get my money back?
Itc record has been effected by poor administration. I used to be a rep for Avon 6 years ago and they have still not updated my credit record after I paid the outstanding amount that was caused by the person who signed me up as a rep. I’ve sent numerous emails and even obtained a paid up letter but my credit score still shows that I owe them.
I recently won a spa voucher through Telkom’s Monate bundles and when I tried to claim the voucher it didn’t work, I’ve sent 2 emails and 2 online requests to Telkom but have had no feedback. Highly disappointed with the service I have received from Cell C. I received a call today to make arrangements to pay my account. My account is only 60 days in arrears and its already been handed over, I am settling it at the end of the month however, I believe it should only be handed over when it is 90 days in arrears. Secondly, I have been requesting Cell C to change my method of payment to cash since April this year. I've spoken to the call centre and each time I speak to someone I'm told a different story on how to get it changed. Initially I was told I simply need to send a letterhead stating why I need to change it to cash method. So I sent it and I received a response stating that I need to send proof of loss of employment or closure of my bank account. I responded to this with reference 180 ********** 56, My email was just ignored and the case was closed. I spoke to someone again who then advised me to make an affidavit confirming that I do not have an income. So I made an affidavit, and sent it but there was no response and now I have bank charges from the debit order returning since my initial request over the phone. There are numerous requests when I spoke to the call centre asking for this to be done and no one cares. So much for customer "care". Thanks for creating unnecessary bank charges on my account Cell C. I will never recommend anyone to Cell C, they don't assist their customers with simple requests like changing a payment method.
