You have to beg for your deposit back and then suddenly no one is able to assist. The deposit is supposed to be paid back when you checkout. It's been 2 months with just excuses and saying it was done but can not provide the proof or any information requested.
If I could give no stars I would. Takes 7 days just to update the system and their what's app team never reply or if they do hours later they are rude and cut off the comments immediately. I have to whatsapp off 2 different numbers and email before I get a answer to why it has raken 7 days to update.
I have been trying to get a update for 3 days. Keano, Zihona, Anganathi, Sisipho all usless and don't update a person and still have not called the store to assist and find my parcel!

Not only still waiting for refund from a month ago, I am yet to receive my refund for out of stock products from the month before! The money was taken very quickly but can't get it back when they can't do their jobs.
Been waiting g over 2 weeks for my order to be corrected as well as for a refund of a product they did not deliver. My child can only drink lactose free milk and they thought it's good enough to send fat free and then never rectify their mistake. Phumile Ngwenya is useless and Mgulungi gives false promises.
I was waiting by the fresh meals looking to get some lunch, i saw cockroaches on the food and let the lady know what i saw, she blankly stared right passed me and ignored me so i proceeded to click my fingers at her and voice it even louder that there are bugs on the food. She was not concerned and very sloppy she moved the food looked for them by that time they had run off and then just put the food that the bugs were all over back for people to order. It is disgusting.
We ordered pizza at 18:00 and by 19:30 still no pizza, we called to see what is going on only to be told they had run out of dough and our pizza's have not yet been made! No one could call us to let us know what is going on? Regardless to say we cancelled our order as we can not wait till someone decides to wake up and had to drive to KFC for our food. This is dissapointing to say the least.
