Angry I want my car
I need urgent assistance I took my car for service today and when I went to collect they say all the cars that were in for service are out and no car is left behind. Called Gert Louw and he shouted at me as if Ian at fault and told me he is on Holiday he is not gonna entertain this and all his people are at Witbank theres is nothing he can do how do I sleep without the whereabouts of my car, I also have places to go as he says Im disturbing him on his holiday. How sure am I that my car is not being stripped as I am sitting here. I need prompt response and I need to have a sit in with Gert to tell me straight what kind of service is he rendering or is it because I am black that is why he spoke to me the way he did I am really ****ed off Service advisor Suzenne

I placed an order online for the fridge that is on Black Friday until today I did not receive it no communication to me and I can't get hold of anyone to assist including the store no one can even assist with the direct number to call, I want my money back as in today

Worst custome service
The worst customer service ever, i bought a wardrobe in tbe astra furniture in middelburg if only I knew that I will be this frustrated i was not gonna buy from that place. The ssales lady helpedme in a professional manner but troubles started when they delivered a robe that didn't have the metal to hang and the middle part (mirror one) the paint was still sticky it was not 100% painted it was as if the person who painted there was a child. I laid a complaint in the store the said they will exchange as i am writing this now i am ****ed off with their service was called in 4 separate days that they are coming and the did not pitch i had to cancel my plans asked from work to wait for them and still not pitch. On the 30th of November i went to the store they lied and said they tried calling me with no luck. They promised to bring the robe on the 1st of December at 12 i had to cancel my counselling sessions as we lost my mom in a car accident accident on the 13 kf November they still did not come, i went to the shop at 14:30 they promised that they are coming. We waited but no call was received at 16:45 i sent my husband to go ask them whats the delay they said they are coming its already 18::30 still no one is here. This is the 5th waiting for the Astra furnishers to deliverwith no luck im really frustrated on how they treat customers. I sooo wish i had money to pay them off as hearing their name gives me goosebumps, or better take their robe back as i cant take this at all.

bad attitude
Went to nandos middelburg next to a petrol station, the Manager there really know how to irritate a customer went to to buy a half chicken to share as a take away, to my surprise we are not allowed to get 2 packaging in 1 meal as they will be short wen doing stock take. Soo we asked if we can buy it then she said no we can't then we asked soo wat should we d as we already paid,me and my friend need to go into different place she stll refused and treated the staff that tried to assist us in a bad way. We are regulars to that nandos we didn't enjoy buying on the other one coz she was always rude and didn't enjoy their service soo we opted for dat 1 now she's in our favorite nandos with that attitude.<br>

cheque account quiry
I opened a cheque account with the bank last year and went back to close it again in 2 months, apparently they say I didn't close the account and what's worse is that no one bothered to call me that my account is in areas they just decided to let the bill pile up to R2800 then they hand it over without calling me. They have my cell number, work number, postal address, physical address and I still bank with them but no one bothered to call me early. Now I'm still waiting for the branch manager to call me, tired of this bank now no one is willing to withdraw the statement even head office apparently it is said that they can't but they put me under administration soooo pissed off with this bank
