On Friday (11 October 2024) I bought a Variety Pack for a whopping R319 (Invoice 526) only to find that the cakes were all stale. How dare Chateau Gateaux rob me as a cake-loving customer! Given this experience, I will be spreading the word that Chateau Gateaux cakes suck!
Can planet fitness produce the necessary proof as per my previous request that I am still liable to their so-called contract so their harassment can stop once and for all.
Debiting my account after the cancellation of the service is extremely annoying. Even my daughter, Reitumetse Pilane was contacted by debt collectors from Planet Fitness, long after her cancellation was effected. Is Planet Fitness so desperate to just keep lock people in for life. If that's the case, as it seems so, they must bring on the fight! I will not tolerate their ************ dealings and under-handed tactics. They must check all their records where my case is concerned and revert with an answer.

RIPP-OFF DSVT AND SHYSTER Having downgraded my DSTV to Easyview (R29-00 offering) around end November/early December 2023 due to affordability, I was beyond shocked to be debited R364-00 on 2 February. I tried to get in touch to get an explanation and my gosh… was the process excruciating!!! From the so-called WhatsApp Service to the calls - dealing with agents. One reference number confirming cancellation for DSTV service is Ref. 73497225-i296. The other ridiculous Ref: 12050911140069348281 is from an agent named Vela from their insurance service side re the cancellation of ALL the insurance profile under my name: FMB PILANE, mobile: 067 195-6344. PLEASE CAN DSTV CONFIRM ALL CANCELLATION OF EVERYTHING THEY HAVE UNDER MY PROFILE. I’m not interested in being retained, I want confirmation of cancellation as I no longer wish to be subjected to their exploitation!!!

On 18 August 2023 my family and I visited the Doppio Zero in Ebotse Golf Estate. We love the convenience on offer as residence of the Estate. Not to mention the very warm and friendly serving staff! I ordered a "PRAWN & CHICKEN COCONUT CURRY Prawn & chicken breast in Thai coconut curry sauce | Red peppers | Basmati rice | Cashew nuts." For a whopping R192, it only featured 3 shrimps, NOT prawns! Even worse, it was not in a coconut curry sauce, but their standard tomato sauce that they use of the seafood pasta dish. When I complained about the 3 shrimps - which were barely visible, I was told that "the manager" says it comes with only 3 prawns. And like I said, those were 3 shrimps, not prawns even! My recommendation is that Doppio Zero renames the dish on offer exactly as it is served, i.e. "a 3-shrimp, chicken dish in a standard tomato sauce"! Stop deceiving customers!!!!
I bought a Bosch washing machine yesterday through Takealot and it was delivered this afternoon. First wash load was good, however machine seems stuck with the second load. I tried numerous means to trouble shoot without much success, eventually going online to seek assistance. Lo behold, the online facility recommends I pay a 'refundable' R65 to log a call with technician... what kind of business is this, whereby as customers we are seemingly being swindled out of our hard earned money. It's not even been 24 hours since this delivery took place and mind you, there's a warranty on this purchase. Can Bosch, please do right by me and assist me or else between Takealot and Bosch, can I have a replacement machine???
1. A week ago to this day I logged a request for a booking in Sun City, KwaMaritane or Bakung with Portia Mabaso. She promised to revert back and advice as I was on standby by yesterday. To date I'm still awaiting for feedback. She has not even had a decency to respond to my follow up email. 2. The manning of the RCI telephone system could equally do with improvements. Yesterday and this morning we spend time calling to follow up of this request. Once we were put through to Portia, one was perpetually on hold for an average of between 2/3 minutes, without anyone coming back to offer to take a message for a call back. After numerous times of trying, their lines would just cut. 3. This morning I called and was advised by the person who answered the phone, with displays of passive aggressiveness and somewhat undertones of condescending attitude that Portia and her supervisor were in a meeting and would call me back at 09h00... which never materialised. I find this disregard and tacit contempt for me as a customer utterly disgraceful and intolerable! I would like to RCI to officially advise me of my request status as a matter of urgency.
