i cancelled an order due to excessive delivery times and has since requested proof of the refund being processeed. i have requested this numerous times but to no avail.

Spree constanlty runs sales even though there is a backlog with delivery. focus should be on getting the delayed deliveries out.

i placed an order with spree on 25 May for overnight delivery. i had to call them on friday to find out where my order is as nobody informed me it would not be delivered overnight and it is being delayed. constant follow up on 26 may and each consultant said to me that they will follow up and revert. nobody did so and when they did all they said was is that they are following up with the warehouse. up till now nobody knows where the order is. i requested to cancel the order and refund it to my card, i have not received any written confirmation that my order has been cancelled.

i usually buy from Zando and they are never delayed and any issue i have they resolve immediately

My mum is 68 years old she took her swatch watch into the store in Hayfields to have the battery replaced. my mum was happy left the store with the watch, a week later the watch battery cover falls off somewhere clearly because the last people to handle it were the NWJ store personnel in Hayfields PMB. we have had this watch for many years but this cover has never fallen off. my mum took the watch back to them left the watch in the store and told them they need to sort it out. its been weeks and today i called the store, Priya advises there is a back cover but we must go to the Gateway mall in Umhlanga to fetch it. this was no fault of ours, we live over 100km away from Gateway, we need them to arrange that the part be sent to the Hayfields store, the watch restored to the condition it was in and given back to us.

I took out insurance on my 2016 ford ecosport on 7 Feb 2017 whilst it was still at the dealership. Four weeks later and bam an accident, hit from the back by a driver who was clearly not paying any attention to the road. I had submitted the claim to kingprice and after a week it was rejected on the basis of me being "dishonest"

Firstly I was sent a transcript of the call, it is dated 25 January 2017 which is for a different vehicle I had planned to buy, this is fraud. Kingprice is using this invalid transcript to say I'm a liar. this transcript dated 25 January was for a totally different vehicle and therefore irrelevant to this claim. I wan that transcript dated 7 Feb 2017 which pertains to the vehicle I own.

Secondly the claim was rejected because I apparently said yes when asked if I was the regular driver, to the layman never having insurance before regular driver to me means a person who drives the vehicle regularly. I was never explained what regular driver means. Had it been explained I would have said no my father is the owner and regular driver and I drive the vehicle regularly with his permission and his outsurance comprehensive cover allowed for this.

Lastly the rejection letter stated I was dishonest which is defamation of character. Kingprice is using a recording unrelated to thus vehicle to reject my claim and call me dishonest.

Ultimately I will first go with this to the internal ombudsman bring to their attention the possibility of fraud used to reject my claim, also a potential lawsuit of defamation of character as well as stress related illnesses that I have been recently experiencing due to this.

I would like to be contacted first thing tomorrow regarding this

after purchasing tickets online on black friday in november and pretty excited about my holiday to cape town i was sorely disappointed upon checking in. apparently we needed to pay an extra 250 rands to check in a bag...the first airline to ever do this and not include it in the total amount. nonetheless i paid the additional 250 which then made my ticket more highly priced for those days than my preferred airline mango. upon entering the plane there is hardly leg space, the seats do not recline and was a sickening flight to say the least. i constantly travel on mango and have never had a bad experience with them as i did with flysafair...

being on holiday in cape town the past week, i came across hilton spa boutique (in Protea Fire and Ice Hotel) and thought it would be nice to have a couples massage. the space is heavily decorated, not tasetful at all. the massages were sub standard, seemed as if the the******s lacked experience they seemed clueless, the space was way too small...could not even walk around and to top it off the "complimentary" water was served in a filthy chamagne glass...complimentary water, i mean really!!!!!

i received the best and most professional service from Andre Kruger and the team at Toyota Centurion during purchasing of my vehicle, 2016 ford ecosport. the vehicle is in superb condition and the sales person went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction. thanks guys, you made my experience one to remember. keep up the good work.

i cancelled a deal with Barloworld Zambezi, however the Manager Ivan and his great service more than compensated for the disappointment of not having the vehicle. thank you Ivan.
