I just received this sms: “Nedbank MFC. Please contact Imraan Joauwana urgently on 0118799294 regarding the arrear amount of R10,437.65 (excl costs) on account 2726***x001.” My contract debit order date is the 24th of each month. Fix your things before you mess up my credit/account. Don’t call me, fix it.
Since Monday 29/09/2025 I don’t have internet. Here I thought maybe the rain did some damage and Vodacom will pick up soon even today I don’t have internet. I thought my SIM was damaged and went to get a new contact SIM and it took 2 hours to do a simple SIM swap. Calls were dropped and I was put on hold for over an hour. I tried 2 different routers both new and same issue of no internet. Is it possible to cancel my contract and I try another service provider because I am suffering while paying shem. Fix your network at Lion Pride/Lion Park asap or cancel my contract aseblief. Worst of all, no communication regarding this.
I made an online purchase for a water booster pump on Monday 25 August and then later that evening I decided to check Hello Peter for Flowbins reviews and I almost cried because all of them were bad reviews. I agree they don’t communicate great but I got my order within the stipulated 3 - 5 days, I received mine today 28 August. I am happy with my order and delivery, hoping all those who got bad experiences were eventually assisted. I do highly recommend Flowbins!!!

I submitted my tax return on the 16th of July 2024 and as other years they selected me for verification which takes 21 working days. They concluded their verification on the 8th of August 2024 and 3 days later they decided to select me for bank details verification which will take another 21 working days. I submitted supporting documents and a photo of me holding my ID on the 12th of August 2024 and to date they haven’t finalised. Today I tried calling SARS and after holding for more than 1 hour Luzuko decided to put me on hold “while checking on the system” then dropped the call and never called me back. My reference number: 506955495.
I called in Vodacom beginning of December 2023 and cancelled my contract as it ended. I remember asking for a reference number and I was told that there isn’t a reference for cancellation and the cancellation will be effective 01/01/2024. Not to any surprise the contract is not cancelled. The way I don’t like Vodacom from the experience I received in 2023 I can’t wait for my other 2 contracts to end so I can cancel them and just leave Vodacom 100% I am fed up shem. Everytime I need something done I have to complain on Hello Peter and they do it correctly. Vodacom is a mess shem. Call me and cancel the contract today!!
Ever since I reversed my contract migration/upgrade Vodacom has been doing its best to abuse me. On the 10th of November they subscribed me to content services even though my content service are blocked and have been blocked for years. Ok I let that one go as I removed the unauthorised content service. But today I am waking up to a R224.60 Vodasure debit off my account. I don’t have any insurance with Vodacom and this is really getting out of hand. And they debit my account on a non debit day. We really have a big problem. Checking my Vodacom app there is nothing on my bill about the amount debited. The stress Vodacom brings can kill you.
Vodacom is shamelessly abusing me and it’s getting out of hand. Last month I called in and was told that contract migration/upgrade was reversed and my account will be credited as I am paying for 2 devices which were returned. I was told that everything will take effect today and nothing has changed. I feel ****d and abused, I need to see where I can take this, it’s becoming too much
I am having the worst experience with Vodacom this year. I have 3 contracts with them and all of them I can’t wait to end and I cancel them shem. I don’t have internet since Friday and this is not the 1st or 2nd time this is happening, having to call them to sync the signal won’t do for me. You might be asking then how am I writing this review without internet? Well I am using my wife’s MTN hotspot. Can you rectify your network please as we are suffering. My whole house is dependent on your network at the moment. Our schooling, business and work depends on it. Last night I even missed the Springbok’s semifinal game because of you. So I decided to call your 135 customer care for the lady helping to drop the line and not bother to call me back. I AM FED UP WITH VODACOM SHEM. PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM AND CAUSING ME HARD EARNED MONEY.
