I got an sms for delivery daily for three days which I waited for the package to be delivered, only delivered on day three after I complained. Worst delivery service I have had this year.
Very slow to assist with ordered delivered incorrect and only tried to help after wrong order was deliver and installed, which was too late.
Twice they were out of stock of the item I ordered and wanted to replace it with an inferior, cheaper item without refund. Communication and service is poor
Wrote this to Toyota with no response:<br> I have been purchasing Toyota's for many years. I have serviced my Toyota's at Darrenwood Toyota, South Africa for 80% of the time. A few years ago. Fury took over this dealership. Since then, every time I take my Toyota in for a service (after the guarantee has run out), a very expensive replacement needs to be done. Before the service plan and guarantee expires, they contact me to replace items which I have to pay for such as wipers, break pads etc. at VERY expensive prices.<br> The last time my Prado went in, they wanted to replace the break pads, reporting that there was 2mm. left on the front break pads and 5mm on the rear. I replaced the front break pads myself end when I took them out, there was more than 7mm left on the pads. Just recently I took my Corolla in for service with only 45 000 km on the clock. It had just come out of warranty. They reported that my water pump was leaking and needed to be replaced (at a ridiculously expensive price). I did not consent to this, I have now driven almost 2 000 km after the service and had not lost a drop of water.<br> Either they are lying to me and ripping me off or Toyota is making bad cars.
