A bouquet for Telkom !
A bouquet for Telkom rather than the many horror stories one hears about. Emailed them on 21 Dec 21 to cancel my landline as never use same or receive calls on it. They replied that 30 days notice was required and 2 months for a final invoice. Believe it or not, the service was suspended within a couple of days and today, 11 Jan 22 received the final invoice. Now thats 5* service in my book ! Great job !

An experience not to be repeated
Ordered and paid for the items as advertised in stock on 25 Nov 21. Was then told no that colour out of stock but an alternate colour offered and accepted. Then a deadly silence ! Queried asking for tracking details. Again no comment. Eventually was given a tracking number but not possible to trace. A long story but eventually goods delivered on the morning of 14 Dec 21 without any prior notice except that it was to be delivered that day at 18.30 ??? Then the order comprising 4 items, received two the same colour and the other two different colours again. Would not deal with this supplier again.

Could not ask for more friendly and efficient service !!
Our Morso fireplace glass cracked; an insurance claim ensued and the only place to obtain a replacement was with them in JNB. We are in CPT and they promised a replacement as soon as it arrived from Denmark. They were true to their word and as soon it was received via DBN harbour they despatched to the installer in CPT. Very friendly and efficient service 5* !!

Upgrade from windows 7 to 10 with great free help from Lenovo! First class !!!
Bought a new Lenovo Ideapad laptop from Computer Exprees in Randburg online. It i equpped wit Windows 10. Just could not set it up inspite of the online instructions from the automated voice caller. As a last resort went to the Lenovo website and told them of my problems. A few days later I had a phonecall from a young guy out of Lenovo UK working from home in Bosnia- Herzegovina. He was very patient and plenty of time. After 33 minutes on the phone we had reached a point where he said he woud call me in an hour. This he did and another hour later on the phone and we were al through and sorted. What a pleasure that they should devote so much time, cost and effort to get me up and running on Widows 10 upgrading myself to from Windows 7. That's 5 ***** service whatever you call it !!

Sorted after a waterproof nightmare !!
Had an upstairs patio above the garage which had leaked since the house was new treated with a polyurethane coating by The Waterproof Doctor a couple of months back. Not cheap !! A few showers a sprinkling of rain since but the last few days have had a deluge and the job has come through with flying colours. Very happy and satisfied. Nice people to deal with and very happy with the result.

Super quick service !!
Ordered a new computer online from PC Express , Johannesburg, on 12 May 21 and delivered to my door in Capetown on 14 May 21. Could not ask for better service than that.

Sort out leaking flat roofs and patios the easy way !!
Flat roofs, upstairs flat paved patios and the like waterproofed without ripping up tiles or paving squares by a layer of polyurethane coating guaranteed for 10 years. Very pleasant family owned business with personal attention at all times. First class !!

Lousy Service
Envelope despatched from UK Thurs 22 Jan arrived DHL JNB Sat 24 Jan. Thereafter, as per tracking site item left standing and also passed around various DHL locations in JNB. Last entry on the site Tues 27 Jan with the comment ' delivery arranged no details expected '. Complained to DHL via website on Thurs 29 Jan who said due to the nature of the item now passed onto CCD Couriers for delivery. Received email from CCD on THurs 29 Jan to say item will be delivered, no time or date specified. Now Fri 30 Jan and I am sitting in CPT 'holding my breath' but still no delivery and no contact from either DHL or CCD.
