I placed an order on the Sunday and i kid you not, i received it on the Wednesday. They may not have the best communication skills but i didn't have any issues with my order. Payment options aren't plentiful but a standard eft payment works just fine. I found what i was looking for a lot cheaper than rival outlets therefore i took a chance and i wasn't disappointed. I hope you all can have better luck in the future. I don't know, maybe i was lucky...

We went online to view location of PC Express store in Pretoria, which shows in Brooklyn area only to find out the branch has closed down yet it shows open and trading on Google Maps?! We phoned the main office and a woman simply said to us: "Oh yes we are aware the store is still on Google maps, even though we closed the branch due to armed robberies, other customers have phoned us already." Surely an online PC company knows how to update their information on Google to avoid wasting potential customers time?! Eventually we drove to New World at Menlyn and wasted an hour. Highly unprofessional and annoying.

PC Express, showed extremely poor service delivery. I honestly did not even want to rate them 1 star, but had to do so, otherwise I can not continue the review. A payment of R11,607.00 was made in full in the 28th of July 2020, I received a mail from: Zaheed Alli Tel: +27 12 944 1300 Email: zaheed@pcint.co.za www.pcint.co.za | www.pcexpress.co.za He attended to a query I made after the payment, as it showed on their website that the order was cancelled, but the full amount had already left my account. I wanted confirmation on the order and the payment. He, Zaheed Alli, confirmed the payment and that shipping will take place on the 29th of July 2020. I did not hear from them again, until I made a call to their offices on the 30th of July at 12:02, where I left a message, as the sales department was not available. At 14:32 I called again and spoke to a man called Saleem. Initially he told me the order was cancelled and only after I had explain again, my order was picked up on their system as paid and he confirmed delivery will take place on the 30th of July 2020 between 17:00 and 19:00. Needless to say…. Delivery was cancelled for that day. On the 31st of July 2020 I called their offices yet again and spoke to Saleem at 09:53 and once again he promised that delivery will take place today between 17:00 and 19:00. Yet again nothing was delivered and I did not even receive a call to cancel delivery. My fear at this point in time… that I have lost that amount of money, as nobody is attending to this matter and order of R11 607.

Excellent service!!! Very helpful and informative! Ordered my package yesterday afternoon and arrived in PE this morning, very impressed!!! I very much recommend then 100% Ill also be using the more often aswell!!!

Worst online shopping experience ever!! It took 12 days for me to receive a product that was indicated as “Availability: In stock”. Of the three phone calls, one email and one Facebook message made/sent to try to find out when I would receive my computer, I was told every single time (over four different days), “We are shipping today” or “We shipped yesterday”. I received the waybill/tracking information from PC Express AFTER the pc was delivered. Of course I was not home when the courier company came by because I had no clue when it would be delivered, and apparently neither did PC Express. I also had to make repeated enquiries regarding a Steam voucher that was offered as part of the sale before I received it. Then after almost a week of troubleshooting, I find that the onboard network card is defective. I have absolutely no hope of being assisted by this company in this regard. While it seems that the physical store receives very good reviews, I will strongly recommend people NOT to deal with PC Express in terms of online sales as they appear completely clueless, the online tracking system is not updated (you have to phone them to track your order), and one does not receive any feedback if one uses the online enquiry submission function. I also received no assistance from the sales person who originally sent me the quote, even after phoning and leaving a message with the receptionist. The Facebook messaging channel is equally useless. I would give zero stars if it were possible.
