Website shows you have item in stock. I ordered it using Ebucks, a few hours went by and then I get a message saying no stock, money will be out into my clicks account. If you don't have stock why don't you update your site and not take orders ? Also the biggest concern is refund through my methods of purchase. This is a huge inconvenience to me now to get it refunded the way I want and your team's are saying I must wait for 48 hrs before I can even ask for that process to be done. Until these two things change I will never be purchasing online from clicks.
Wow, first time order for my mum that has cancer. Seamlessly ordered the item, deliver was done in 1 day. Unbelievable!!!
Since installation last year I have had no issues with either my installation or billing, I am very happy with Stem.
Ordered 3 items from Makro about 2 weeks ago. 2 were delivered last Wednesday, the 3rd was delivered I have no idea where, and even though I try to get immediate feedback I end up calling back daily myself. The standard sentence is we are looking into this and will get back to you, the. You never heard from anyone. Sending me a photo of some who signed for it with not my name and signature is pointless. I want my item or my refund Makro. You online service sucks.
The most pathetic service in the early morning from the time you hit the line to your hostesses in the plane. My wife got there early and was confused with the no clear direction in the line as to who was Cape Town and who was Durban. She was right in the front when a whole lot of people were allowed to cut in the front because one of your staff went to the back and said all Durban passengers go to front. When addressed it with the manager on duty she just apologized and did nothing about it. Then after I selecting the seat when checking in the airline changed it. What is the use of having a online check in if they are doing thier own thing at the airport with no accomodation for your customer. You hostess did nothing and just walked away when boarding seeing the boarding pass online vs what was printed. Never again will I use your airline. I would rather spend more knowing I am getting the service your airline completely and arrogantly lacks.
Moved from Vodacom to Metrofiber because of Vodacom service and have been so happy with the service. They were quick, professional and very patient. I am paying a bit more buy for the service it's totally worth it.
My experience in 2018 started up so well with Vodacom Fiber. Today I feel I am in a circle of frustration. I was told my line went down because of an outage in the area. 2 weeks later I am told the same thing with no fix time given. I then decided to call the underlining company Metro Fiber who Vodacom runs on, they sent a technician out the same day and said a cable was out and like magic I was restored in that day. This was the reason for ending my contract. I followed process have a 1 month notice and at the end 31 March my service ended, thinking I could move onto another provider I signed up and was only told that Vodacom has my "ONT" still. Never hearing of this word before I called Vodacom only to be thrown from pillar to post, being given different answers and people not understanding what to do next. First I am told they are not sure why this happened, they sent a mail, give it 24 hrs, 3 days later I am told the same thing, sending a email give it 48 hours, the last person says I need to log a ticket I should have said I want it released from the start and it will take 30 days. I didn't even know what an ONT is and it was not in any paperwork. Currently I don't know what to do but it's clear Vodacom service in the Fiber area has dropped tremendously and I will not sign up with them because of that ever again.
I was a bit sceptical when viewing this on FB and found the YouTube video https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=kmHTn2KXVEo which made me really think about it. I eventually ordered it seeing as people were getting the shoes but just taking some time. To my surprise the updates were daily and it took 3 days. The shoe is really comfortable. I tried it at gym but I don't think it is meant for cardio activities, the sole is not meant to run on. I must admit though it's comfortable to walk in, not sure if it's worth more R1000, maybe half that.
Wow. I ordered a printer last night at about 11pm and it was delivered the next day before 10am. Amazing service guys.
Returning something back to this online retailer is so difficult. I bought an item that loot had made a mistake on. It's now been 2 weeks and I have to constantly call in to ask for feedback after logging a return on their website. I have never had so many problems and delays on any other retail site. The experience has taught me to rather spend the extra money on other sites and have a peace of mind that they will give me the correct product I paid for and return it within a acceptable period.
