At first had my doubts but got in touch with Kim and she was so amazing. Not only did we negotiate the best price but she explained everything to me so well. The move also went so good from the time they came to help me pack, then safely stored all my stuff for the month to the delivery. Thank you so much EFI. Would recommend this moving company to all wanting a safe reliable moving company.
I am waiting for connection for 3 weeks after paying for connection and NO HELP AT ALL!! I have called n numerous times with no help, held on in some cases over 30 min for help. I have sent emails and all they tell me is they working on it. Very bad customer service especially when we are paying for no service.
RUDE STAFF I went to SAA ticket sales or tambo for help with ticket. I was second in the queue and after 30 min I went very friendly to the lady at desk to ask if possible could she maybe get some help so the queue of not 6 people could be helped. She totally ignored me and when I greeted for the third time she told me go speak to a team leader she can't help me. I then went to a team leader and was told very rudely there is no team leader and they cannot help.... so I went back to wait in line... I'll never fly SAA again and don't recommend SAA to anyone.

I HAVE NO ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT!!! Yesterday I logged into the online web banking. It required me to change my password or I could not proceed. I changed it. I tried to make a payment and when I tried to approve it on banking app it locked me out. This happens and is understandable, NOW THIS HAPPENED: - Called call center to unlock they could not over 10 calls and 3 hours - they advised I go into branch after they could not help. - I spent 4 hours in branch and no one knew how to unlock my account(imagine on pay day) -branch was closing I had to leave with no progress (just unlocking a profile) - came back now to branch today (day 2) -Issue escalated to management, digital team and IT, NO ONE KNOWS WHAT TO DO! Total hours and counting 8 hours trying to unlock my account. I AM STILL HERE AFTER HOURS Losing 2 days pay at work, still having to pay my bills with no access to my account, still no one knows what to do, doing the same thing over and over with same results. Staff have done their best to assist through all this (big compliment to Durban MUSGRAVE), but as far as technology, processes and escalations go, TERRIBLE-OUTDATED!!! I AM STILL LOCKED OUT OF MY PROFILE, ONLINE BANKING AND BANKING APP. I do not know what to do where to go to get my account unlocked - how has this bank operating for so long??? NEDBANK has caused me huge stress and wouldn't want anyone to be put through this for such a simple IT issue. I changed to Nedbank a few months ago from Fnb and they sorted this out in 5 min 1 call no branch visit. Also a bank supposed to save you money but have costed me lots of money because their staff do not understand their systems or probably no proper processes in place. Was actually told no one knows what to do. Very upset, dissatisfied and disappointed Nedbank client
This is my experience with we buy cars: Bought a car in Nov After the deal was done they took 3 weeks to give me my car. They day I needed to fetch it i waited 5 hours at the dealership as they had not done paper work yet called me to fetch the car. The then told me I could take the car to sort out issues which I had paid for took a month at the mechanic. They then told me try another mechanic- THIS IS 3 MONTHS LATER!!! Its still at the mechanic and they refuse to give feedback to the mechanic and simply DOT NOT reply or answer my calls. After 3 months I AM STILL WITHOUT A CAR!!!!!! Please do not use this company especially DO NOT do your finance through them!!!
I bought a defect TV from house and home. Sent it back to Skyworth and they have the TV and issued House and home with a credit note. After over 50 calls that keep getting cut and visits to pick up TV they do not want to give me my replacement TV. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Service is by far the worst ever
I've been with globe for 2 years and really great service all around. Special thanks to Yusuf my consultant who really goes the extra mile always willing to assist. DO NOT EVER TAKE OUT A RAIN CONTRACT!! I Cancelled rain 2 months ago and they have are still takin premiums off my account. DO NOT BUY their lies about taking it month to month as you will never be able to stop the premium. I tried over 42 times and cannot get hold of them. THEY ARE QUICK TO SELL YOU SERVICE BUT NO SUPPORT. I have to take legal action now so they can stop debiting me.
Firstly I seldom have written reviews and when I have its been because I have really experienced the worst. I have a family of 5 with 3 kids. I work hard as is life in South Africa and do not have a lot of time to spend with my family and the time that I do have, I do my utmost best to not only spend quality time with them but give them a good time as well. I go to Spur (Durban North) at about 3-5 times a month. I unfortunately do not always have the money to get meals for the entire family of 5, but sometimes would just even go for a coffee and some dessert for the kids. With the COVID pandemic over the last year or so Spur has been one of the only places we go out to. Not matter what we order we are always welcome. The main reason we go there actually is so that my kids can let loose and play, and after we done you can hear and feel that my kids have had the best time ever. This year we have had 4 out of 5 birthday's at Spur and after my 3 year old's birthday a month ago she wakes up almost daily and says "Dad DRESS WE GOING TO SPUR" When I am away with work, Spur is the only place my wife actually feels comfortable and safe going alone to with the kids. Besides the warmth of the staff, the play area for kids and cleanliness of the restaurant, WE LOVE THE FOOD! Spur Durban North, we are really appreciative that you are around and hope you stay around at least until the kids are 18 lol:-) So not to babble on any more, I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Spur Durban North, we have been part of your family for years but you have now also become part of mine!
