The company that is always so sorry but never fixes anything. Consumers always comes last. I upgraded to an iPhone 12 and was supposed to get free Apple TV & the option to add Apple headphones to my subscription as advertised. At Telkom Mobile N1 City the incompetent sales person advise that he is not aware of any headphones, I can contact Telkom sales regarding this. it is now a month later, nobody can assist me regarding the headphones & no Apple TV subscription....we as the clients always forget or did not or should've done something, it is never Telkom's fault and all they do is apologise they can never sort it out.
I renewed my drivers license & motor vehicle license last week. I would like to compliment all staff, from security, tellers, testing staff & cleaning staff. Well done! Your service is absolutely above and beyond. Your team spells out #WIN when it comes to COVID regulations, friendliness, helpfulness, informative & efficiency.
Because of broadcasting issues via decoder when we have bad weather I changed my DSTV package to streaming. I have a stable internet connection with a download speed of 50Mbs and all other streaming service works perfectly, except DSTV. When I complain then they tell me things that I have obviously tried before contacting them. I do not know how bad weather can affect a streaming service, DSTV need to up their game but it is always the consumer suffering this is a no #WIN situation.
As a Discovery Insure policy holder I get a discount when purchasing a child car seat. Since dealing with claims and getting discount code etc. the last couple of weeks, it has been nothing but difficult and complicated, there's always an issue. My voucher was issued immediately, I added it to my Apple wallet, get to the store, the WIcode do not work, after spending almost 1 hour on a public holiday trying to claim my discount, I call Discovery..they do not work on public holidays (insurance company) I called Tuesday apparently they will issue me a voucher, Thursday I called, I should receive the voucher by the end of the day. Today I called, they are investigating the issue because I am not the only having issues. They cannot tell me when the issue will be resolved, but I will know. Yesterday I had to call them 4 times because their telephone lines are faulty, I report it to the agent I eventually get through to and he is just saying it is strange because I can hear you perfectly..anyway this is not the service Discovery Insure advertise, nothing is easy
My TV fell, firstly my Discovery app did not work, I contacted Discovery insure and the lady insisted I have to log it online, I explained that it was my first time claiming, long story short I called back and only then I was assisted, the lady did not sound very cheerful to assist. She first told me my claim was approved for an amount that I could not even find online for my size tv, after I emailed her the link and a screenshot she updated the quote amount. I am unhappy because Discovery Insure sent me a voucher code for Makro, I want the choice to buy my tv from wherever I choose from. Why not pay the cash in my account I asked, I did not quite get a valid explanation, just that Discovery deal with Makro and Takealot and I don't know who else. I do not pay my installment with a voucher, it is cash from my account, so why do I get paid in a voucher?
I always go to this store because of their prompt service, I don't know if it is under new management but the service level dropped from 5 to 1 star. I upgraded both my contracts 17 July; the assistant told me "Both your phones will be here Monday" come Monday don't hear from him. Tuesday, he calls apparently, he cannot get the iPhone I want, he calls back again, now he can get it also telling me the phones will definitely be available the afternoon. Eventually the phones arrive Wednesday. He had to issue me two new sim cards because I was passing my upgrade period or something, "but not to worry you will have your old numbers, I must just do a sim swap" Thursday he is off, so nobody can do it, Friday still not done. Called yesterday 26/07/2021 - He don't understand why it is not done, but will sort it out. 27/07/2021 - It is still not done; I have to change my sim cards every time to make and to receive phone calls. Guess what I called the store, he is off nobody can help me only him. So, my question; if he should die today, who will assist me tomorrow? The person on the phone says: "I don't know mam" I ask what is your managers name? "Rogers mam" does Rogers have a surname? "I don't now mam" I ask can I speak to your manager, "No Mam" why not I ask " would you like to speak to a manager mam" yes please and she hung up. By the way Riaan is the person who is supposed to be doing all of this, but he is off. 021595 0339 just rings. During level 4 and 3 Telkom actually encourage you to go to a store because they cannot assist telephonically...very advance and Covid friendly for a Telecommunications company.
DO NOT ORDER FROM ZASTTRA - I ordered something in stock it said delivery 2- 5 days. That was 26 May 2020, I cannot contact the seller, because there's no contact details. The 1 telephone number nobody answers, you are just on a loop. I DM them on Twitter, on their website. I want a full refund for my money. I am also reporting this company to the OMBUDSMAN and to the media. If you look at all the bad reviews on Hello Peter, it is pathetic
