After sub-standard communication with regards to the renewal of my business card, it now takes more than 2 weeks to receive the card. The emails sent by bankers to clients are comical to say the least. Image the frustration for small enterprises? Adding to this, Standard bank card payment services is declined and urgent purchases means that business stalls because their system can't handle the demand put on them by client needs. Maybe it's time to place them as a substitute bank and not a full business bank anymore?
Worst courier. Wow. Worst! Their customer service in Pretoria sucks. No communication is available accept an robotic service only for show. Tried to contact driver and depot, no answer nor response. This a no go for. Any business sending merchandise.
Auto and general must not understand the right to privacy. They are a top spam caller. Please read the act and stop the harassment. Pathetic.
Trying to ifind a technician who attends an appointment from Cartrack must be more complicated than tracking my own vehicle!!! What a joke of management! 4 appointments not kept. Who runs this business? Let's find a decent supplier rather. 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
My daughter tried to book a table via phone. The person who answered was totally unprofessional, didn't ask for detail and when my daughter wanted to give a name for the reservation she was declined. Phoned back to check and nobody answered the phone. Arrived and we were declined a table at the top level. We're seated close to the kitchen. Our waiter, DXO Kholisi took charge and moved us upstairs. He should manage the place. Even though he handed us over to a different waitron he's a professional and saved the rating I was about to give the establishment. From there on the evening was memorable. Fire rolls are fantastic and the waitron received a good tip.
Rented a car in Cape town with just a bank card. Registred on-line and had the car within minutes. Rented a car to travel to Lesotho. No credit card needed. Trip got canceled and Woodford returned all my money. Now that's a partnership.
Every evening Rain Internet SA throttle their client's internet speeds. We pay for 60mbps but in reality they struggle to deliver 30 and mostly throttle clients around 10. This week we have to work with 2mbsps. And no matter how much clients request better service, the less the directors care about this company.
As clients of Rain Internet service, we pay for 30 to 60 Mbps download speeds. These are the specs that Rain advertises to get new clients. As seen on Facebook, Rain doesn't constantly provide this speed. At times we reach 60mbps but at times, especially during evenings and week-ends, they choke the clients. Again we have been dropping below 2mbps for several days. Their client service also adds no value. They would phone the client and have a lengthy discussion about your position, blah, blah, blah and nothing would change.
Again and again and again and again I have to report Rain internet services for choking clients as we pay for 60mbps and every evening it drops to below 1mbps... They have the worst client services. Oh hell they will give a phone call but can't resolve basic problems. Again and again and again and again...
Rain promised 25mbps on their 5G package. Yet they are currently choking clients to 7mbps. I have run a couple of speed tests and the app doesn't allow users to run tests. They are growing more and more unreliable every day.
