I have placed an online order in October today is the 09/01/2026 I have not received it, I have sent several emails requesting for help regarding this order but no reply. I want my money back or the item that I have ordered

The Pool shop Vryheid
I have paid the pool shop early in the year in March 2024, today the 20 December they came to finish the work. They left the solar hanging in blue robes which I have never seen, small pool blankets not the correct size and my yard a mess. These people are so *************, unreliable and unprofessional. I have seen such disrespect for a customer. They have excuses for everything, do not waste your money

Horrible, unethical and unprofessional service
I bought a tombstone from them, they came to install. The workmanship is so poor, not the same design that I wanted, the tombstone is small like a baby's. When I contacted them, they promised to come back to me but nothing yet I have to invite people for unveiling. Do not use them, do not waste your money

Horrible
I have ordered from these people, they delivered a wrong item after several emails and messages they finally collected the wrong hair that was after 3 months. It’s been two weeks waiting for the correct item to be delivered, the lady that is responding to instagram said the hair is delivered which is a lie, asked to waybill to take it up with the courier guy but even that I’m still waiting for
