We dealt with Debt Rescue after my previous employer decided to play around with my salary, cutting as he wished and paying as and when he pleased. This forced us to seek council to prevent us from losing everything. Going under Debt review at the time was stressful and frustrating as we treaded unfami**** grounds and at one stage we even considered leaving it all. We were then assisted by Memory Oosthuizen and the service we got from her was extraordinary. Even with hassles from debtors and struggling to get paid up letters, she was on top of it all the way. Very professional and helpful and always ready to help and give feedback every step of the way. She is a true gem. We were also assisted by Bronwyn Wevers toward the end to obtain our clearance certificate and Bronwyn was just as helpful. Thank you ladies both for your assistance. You made the burden a lot lighter for us!!!
I have paid up my credit card a year ago. ABSA claimed that they have sent the paid up letter but I have not received it. Upon request they came with 100 excuses and I have delivered all the proof of ID needed and more. Upon the last request, that they did not have my correct email address because I logged the request from my work email, I again supp**** all the info from my personal email that they have on record, still no Paid up letter. How hard can it be to just resend a letter? I am not asking for a kidney!! One thing ABSA does well, is ass the ******, not one person takes ownership of an enquiry.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. This is s scam, they tell you to pay a deposit to get a buyers code for the auction. The address is a fake address and you lost your money.

I am trying to settle an account listed under my name. I answered security questions including everything except my underpant size. Then given a number for "Legal" because I was handed over. Even though I was never informed about this account, never contacted via phone, sms, email or ***eon, all I want to do is get this paid. Can someone please contact me and let me know how to settle this account. Your legal dept is useless to say the least. Your service was much better and I only stopped the account for financial reasons before I went in arears, or so I hoped. How can I settle this and get is off my name? Please call me?
I requested and made payment for my license renewal on the Tuesday, and it was delivered the following week Thursday. I received an email from Tamica within minutes for sending POP, address confirmation etc. She told me exactly what to expect and when, guided me all the way. We have logged a ticket (BIT352908), called four times and every time had to explain that we only need to change our WiFi password. Everytime all the same questions but different operator. All promise to do it and call back. That was on Wednesday morning and still no success
