Absolutely pathetic service from travelstart I have been trying to get help for the past 24 hours making arrangements for a funeral in cape Town nobody answers the number for or emails??????? I will advise everybody I know to NEVER use travelstart ever !!!!!
I am hugely disappointed with the customer service received from Smeg. My kettle was returned within warranty as it randomly stopped working. I received a replacement which was not with the same specs of my kettle. There were no numbers on the side and the paint was peeling off. I then had to return it again to which I received another replacement which was leaking. I had to return this one again. I then received another replacement which was not the original colour of my kettle. My other Smeg products are all green and I explained this to the person. All she said was she does not have stock and will replace it once stock is received. I have been inconvenienced by Smeg and nobody seems to care about this. I’ve been following up constantly and all I am told is that there is no stock. Is it the customers problem that Smeg does not have stock, this does not constitute good customer service by any standard.

MTN is a the most pathetic company with regards to customer care This is my second horrible experience with them They only seem to bother with the customers unless you post something on social media My mom who is a pensioner was literally robbed by MTN in August and she has been struggling to get anyone to assist her since then I have been trying to help her but l, like I said nobody cares They just steal your money and move along Renal Chetty who supposed to be the complaints manager just ignores all emails sent to her The so called customer care managers are not even qualified to be in those jobs MTN is the worst cellphone company and as soon as our contracts expire we are all moving
MTN Customer service is pathetic. Since last week wednesday I have been unable to make calls from my MTN contract cellphone. I was in an emergency situation, and when i tried to dial out of my "MTN contract phone" I was told that i had insufficient airtime. Since then i have been calling MTN customer care no. 135 daily and sometime even twice a day - they were NOT able to assist me. I even went into MTN store and spoke to 2 managers also could not assist me. ALl they kept saying is that they have logged a query and the technical dept. needs to investigate it. Today almost a week later and i am still unable to make calls. I was told by an MTN employee to load airtime. Why should i load airtime when i am paying my account every single month so that i can make calls. MTN is stealing my money as they are getting paid for a service they are NOT delivering. This is ridiculous. Till now the so-called customer care managers have still not called me back, one of the managers promised to send me free minutes but i have NOT received anything. I still cannot make calls on my "MTN CONTRACT PHONE" MTN SUCKS!!!
Dont ever use this clinic or the doctor. They will promise you the world when they are marketing their procedures to you. Once they get their payment, they dont actually care about the client. I had 2 procedures done and both went wrong. Nobody cares to listen as they are only interested in money. They will be very nice to you until you pay. After payment you will be treated like dirt. Please dont take a chance with your body. I am talking from my personal experience - once your body has been damaged by Claire Jacohbson it cannot be fixed again and you have to live with it because they dont care.
