I am currently in hospital. I was last administered with meds at 7 this morning, Lunch was served at 12 and no meds yet. I approached nursing staff. At 14h50.They arrogantly told me that they first need to deal with emergencies.,although 3 of them were socializing at the nursing centre and socializing. It was also indicated that there is no specific times that meds must be administered. Could be at 1 or 2 or anytime. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. There is an elder women in my ward. Everyday she cries in pain and when a nurse is called they respond after 30 minutes. I need the relevant authorities to visit us today to address the matter. Medical ward 1, room 4
I have been a client with Debt busters for over 5 years. Now that l want to withdraw l am getting no assistance. I have made numerous calls and sent numerous emails but no one gets back to me
My daughter who is a student turned 21 in April. I submitted proof and the factual dependency form in March. The only communication that l received was the automated response indicating that the documents were received. I then received communication at the end of April telling me that my daughter was no longer on my medical aid, this was done without my consent. I have contacted Gems on so many occasions but nobody bothers to resolve the issue. I even went into the Braamfontein branch, with the hope of getting help.
I always buy the Lindt chocolate bar(mint) which has a creamy, minty filling which l thoroughly enjoy. However l was horrified when l tried the plain chocolate bar,it was hollow inside. Really unacceptable to be paying so much for a hollow inside. Really disappointing
Terrible site to use. They just scam the players. I complained 7 days ago that R831 was withdrawn from my account, this was authorized by Betway. They responded to the review saying that the matter will be investigated but nothing has been done. When l contacted them on messenger this morning l was asked to send in my identity proof, l will not send any proof to these scammers
Betway is an absolute scam. I seldom used Betway., however l used the account last Friday. I attempted to withdraw and received notification from my bank indicating that the withdrawal will be processed within 48hrs.There was a balance in the account. The following morning l checked the account to find no money. When l contacted Betway they told me that my cell number was changed and the money was reversed and entire amount was withdrawn. I was told that an investigation will be carried out and feedback provided. Non of this has happened. What is obvious to me is that an employee at Betway has made the withdrawal since nobody could have even guessed that l would be using Betway on this evening, since the last time l used the account was on 17 February. Also all transactions were made via my bank account. Is it not suspicious that my cell phone number and transactional method is changed and authorized by Betway. Stay away from these scammers
I deposited R100 and it was not reflecting.Chatted to Given who assured me that the matter will be resolved asap. 2 Hours later still no update from them or in my account. Chatted to Mike who said that the matter has been escalated. They are extremely incompetent. I would not recommend people to use this site.
I have been having problems since Standard Banks upgrade over the weekend. I cannot access any accounts on the app and all my beneficiaries are not to be found. I have been into a branch twice, spent 2 hours on both occasions and nobody can assist. The call centre does not answer as well. This is really fruit and an absolute inconvenience. Standard bank has messed up. Considering moving my accounts to another bank, cant put up with such pathetic service. The consultant at the branch was trying to help, but he did not know how,so employees are also in the dark.
Customer service does not exist. Numerous emails and calls were made but matters remain unresolved. Indipile never responds to emails and never provides feedback. People should never use this company.
People using Playlive must be warned. I am convinced that they alter the wagering percentages in order to prevent people from cashing out. I had doubled checked before I opted out of a bonus. Before opting out, I had played for 47% with an opt out amount of R517. When I actually opted out only R300 was transferred to my balance. When I queried, I was told that I only played for 27%.They are very deceitful as I had not thumb sucked these amounts, but they had certainly thunb sucked the 27%. They do have the capacity to alter the wagering and other details on a players account. Do not be fooled when they tell you that it is an automated system.
