Exness won’t allow me to withdraw funds
I have been trying to withdraw my funds from them since December 2025, i have sent multiple emails which were ignored fand it is now Feb 2026 and am yet to receive my funds

RUN!!!!
I give notice via email to move out of the parks where 11 houss representatives are recepients. My email is ignored and the following month they deduct rent again, when I send another email to return my money and deposit, only then do they respond to say my notice will only be valid if i use their online system (did not know about it and they did not respond to the email sent a month ago). Now I will have to recover my money via legal means. Oh and the place is noisy and next to no managment happening there.

Disgusting service
I definitely wouldn't use them if i were you. I transported a 55inch TV with them where they sent one person to collect, warned him that it's a 2 person job to carry it but didn't listen, when they delivered the TV it was damaged(screen was cracked) and they refused to accept liability.

DON'T DO IT, STAY AWAY!!!
This place looks good at face value but once you live here, it is hell. From arrogant securities who think they can dictate their own rules to you and fine you if you don't, to restricting access to tenants, to switching off tenants utilities (even if your rent is up to date by the way), to switching off your fibre whenever they feel like it. They literally treat you like they are doing you a favour for living there. DON'T DO IT, STAY AWAY!!!

This place looks good at face value but once you live here, it is hell. From arrogant securities who think they can dictate their own rules to you and fine you if you don't, to restricting access to tenants, to switching off tenants utilities (even if your rent is up to date by the way), to switching off your fibre whenever they feel like it. They literally treat you like they are doing you a favour for living there. DON'T DO IT, STAY AWAY!!!

Shady dealings going on here
Some shady stuff is going on with these guys. My home was listed on your website without my consent. When i request it to be removed you ask me to send you private documents to prove to you that it is my home when you didn't ask the estate agent who listed my home to prove they have permission to sell it.

Deceitful and despicable behaviour
You guys are despicable. You promised me a product and installed something else in my car, as a result i cancelled my agreement with you. Now i've gone to someone to check why my battery is always flat and turns out YOU GUYS SWITCHED ON THE TRACKER WITHOUT MY CONSENT. REMOVE YOUR TRACKER FROM MY CAR

Disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service. On Monday (15/06/2020) I saw a couch for R10 000, I bought a 150 cm desk, 2 paintings and a chair which they advised is not in stock. Today (17/06/2020) I went back to decofurn to purchase the couch and the tag still said R10 000. Upon trying to pay I was then told to pay R12 000 for the couch. Saroj left me standing near the couch and I had to ask what was going on, she told me she was calling head office. After waiting for more than 20 minutes she refused to sell me the couch at the advertised amount and further blamed me for not ordering the couch online. I then requested a refund for the chair which I paid for on Monday which they didn't have stock of as I didn't not want anything to do with them or spend anymore money there, I had to wait a further 15 minutes for my refund and eventually was told by Saroj, head office will do an EFT. The service is disgusting and will definitely never be spending my money there. A lot of my furniture was bought there and regret every cent I spent there If this is how they treat customers.
