The overall buying process was easier than what I have experienced at dealerships. This is my first car that I have bought from a wholesaler. Their staff are friendly and easy to work with and the car was in excellent condition upon delivery. I appreciate the fact that they provided a decent amount of fuel with the delivery as well as two new front tyres. Thanks Anthony and Zonique.
Worst copany, my order wa salso cancelled like other people and then refunded. They just dint care. Using their voucher codes is a piece of @*#& as soon as they notice they made an error in the terms and condutions and the supplier diesnt agree after the item has to leave thier warehouse they simply just refund you wiyhout any prior notification. These items were all in stock at the time if purchase as well as in stock currently and the next day.
These people are selling cellphone insurance on behalf of Vodacom, They have phone me a total of 6 Times in 14 days. I said No to all of the agents but I am still getting calls. The agents are so rude and ignorant that I can repeat the premium without them even telling me what they are selling. Its a huge argument cause they don't take no for answer. When will this STOP????? This is HARRASMENT !!!!!!!
I ordered mens fossil watch you have delivered a womens fossil watch. I have phoned the actual customer who ordered the womens watch because you included her tax invoice she is in CPT while I am in Gauteng and she also received an incorrect order twice she is sitting with 2x watches for customers intended for Gauteng. please contact me urgently so that I can give you my order details and SKU's aswell as the item you delivered incorrectly.
No answer at their offices, no CASH out available since 09\2019. I have emailed them to ask if their experiencing a cashflow issue with no response. I am still receving surveys so it means they are receiving income but are not paying expenses to panelists. It seems they have noticed they can increase their profits by simply not paying panelists. This is my opinion and the company has failed to convinced me otherwise. A big red light is the fact that their phones go straight to voicemail. The same thing happend in 2018 and they also blamed software issues.
I would personally not recommend him to any individual or business. Please reconcider doing any type of business with this individual as its been 5 months now and this person defruaded a few thousand rand out of me, never to see the money again. Till this day I have not received any refund or a valid excuse for dissapearing with my money.
Your online store displays roughly around 8 different tablets to choose from. About 4-5 of these items has been out of stock for more than two months. As a respectful and paying customer you expect me to wait 6 weeks for a back order just because your stockpiling methods or demand calculations are terrible. A big Oligopoly giant like yourself you struggle to keep your stock levels in line. Could somebody from your supply-chain please give me a call I would like to understand if you are following the rule of order only as needed?
Good day This is my second order I placed two weeks apart from one another. Your delivery time on both these orders where approx 10 days. The recent order was placed 02/12/2018 and is estimated to be delivered by 12/12/2018. If you can not live up to your standards or have the capacity to deal with large customer basis. Then you should narrow and your market segment as it is clear you are not capable of dealing with Mass Market segments. PS : An apology email is not an excuse for delivering stuff later than originally intended. I am a regular Zando customer and seems to me you are dropping the ball as I would reconsider buying from your online platform. My loyalty towards Zando has been compromised.
It has been 4 weeks now since I am seeking assistance regarding a registered member that is supplying services under false pretenses, where this person seems legit and registered he took my money never supplied me with a service and refuses to refund my money back. I Have been waiting 4 months now for a refund from him and he thinks he is above the law. I would gladly provide more details on this person in the private comment section below. As a registered body that is receiving so many complaint from this person, as the internet is full of complaint of this one supplier. Why can you not fine or take away his license?
