RCS and Blue Label, selling electricity through Jet accounts, only the vouchers never materialise...the charge goes off quick enough. Too good to be true, once again.
What a load of **** advertising...purchased electricity on 8th June via Jet account...charged but ZERO electricity token received as at 20 June. Call every second day, have been escalated each time...can't go any higher! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Elsat DSTV installation voucher obtained (& logged) on purchase of a new decoder from Game 13/12/2028. Email confirmation received with notification that an accredited installer would contact us within 24 hrs....still waiting a week later...contacting the call centre did nothing either. Thanks Elsat.
I applied for an additional contract online on 15/08/2017, was contacted by a super-helpful, friendly agent - Lindiwe Ntuli, went through all the necessary details etc. Confirmation sms was received same day confirming successful application & that Courier company would be in contact to arrange delivery...nothing since...from anybody...despite me emailing Lindiwe to (politely) ask what was going on. Nice one MTN.
I have sent two requests for cancellation of a residential line - via email as this is the only way to do a cancellation with Telkom.<br> On both occasions, which were almost 30 days apart, I received an automated response ensuring me that I would be contacted by a consultant within 48-72hrs...I have yet to be contacted by anyone from Telkom regarding either request & it has now been far longer than the 30 day notice period - dated from the initial request. <br> <br>
MTN debited my account early without noftifying me this would happen. The DO bounced. I made a manual payment, sent proof of payment to the advertised email address, was sent a computer-generated reply saying I would have a response within 8 working hours...3 days later there was still no response and the line was suspended. After holding on the call centre line for almost 30 minutes now (DURING WORK) I have just managed to get the line reactivated. <br> Not impressed.
