I was overbilled on roaming charges in May 2024, contested and got the refund but as a credit, typical companies only take and if they owe they force to retain s credit on account. Cancelled contract and a refund of 4k in Feb/March and to date no refund. They keep asking for bank statement and POP for a debit order and further comprehensive record on transaction is in their database from July 2024 to March 2025!
I bought some item 2 weeks ago and have not heard from them.. no responses on the platform chat not the whatsapp chat ???

I am proceeding to report to the police.. for wveryone please do not get lured to the fantastic deals for solar from this website.
I upgraded to an S23 Ultra but appears that it was diverted as now my contract has been changed after I ordered above and no one at Vodacom is able to resolve the issue. I had 20 calls of frustrating engagement, being moved around sales after sales and upgrade centres to no avail
I have no had a good experience, chats take days to be responded to and I keep being moved from agent to agent who seem to have limited knowledge of the process. I have been charged for pro rata while had indicated effective date as 01 February.. further charged three times for delivery of router?????!!!!! One refunded still waiting for the balance and correct activation date. Also why do I need a new router while it is the same as the old one.. and only settings need to be changed? The line ordered is also a 1gn speed with a 856mb speed, how will I get the speed purchased. Am still waiting for a resolution.. please.
for Second time now Regal has disappointed beyond reprieve, bought a HDMI splitter, some of the ports were not working and intermittently on and off or not work at all, returned it and the "technician was not available", took it back today and the technician indicates that 7 days were already past hence could not return it (already bought a replacement - they refused to change it as technician was unavailable), and apparently I should have driven all the way to Benoni/Edenvale branch (during COVID). Is this is the new normal of customer service, they refuse to offer a simple service at the right time and it is my fault that I needed to drive 30km and I was not guaranteed that technician was gonna be there, for as simple gadget that actually costs more than 100% over similar gadgets which I bought and is working perfectly?? I dont require as it never served my purpose, needed a refund, you can keep the money and the splitter goes to the dustbin. bought a Network switch last year, needed to change it but they could process a replacement due to load shedding.. my time is as important as yours and furthermore am the customer.
May I please have the Watch ordered with the upgrade - am also tired of calling and having to hold for ages "as my contract is on an old system". I do not have even a minute spend waiting to follow up issues that should have been done right first time. If I have to call again, and wait am better off moving on.
Cellphone companies continue to fleece citizens unabated, and no one seems to be able to do anything. I bought a new Vodacom number loaded R1,000, did not use and misplaced the SIM Card. A few months later called Vodacom to get SIM swap and whallah... "there was no record of the airtime". My airtime had expired...!?!??! How do we continue accepting this?!?!!
<p>I was an adsl cusomer with telkom and after fibre was installed in my area, they approached me to change to fibre (Vumatel), i agreed and the instructure was changed. what was supposed to be a fibre experience has turned out to be a nightmare. The services applied were not correctly applied and got 40% of data. charged for services that were supposed to be turned off. After 10+ calls to telkom and Vumatel, i was advise to apply for cancellation of services that were not needed. Got a call from telkom, all done and refund for excess charges would be done. 4 days later, an arrogant lady who has no understanding of who is her real employer calls that my account is in arrears, now my services have been turned OFF for non payment! Why should I tolerate this kind of service while there are reasonably better service providers that dont behave like the CITY OF JHB... can't wait.</p>
