Exceptional service by Shannon. I had very little knowledge about what I needed from the store. She was patient and helpful even though I had a very tiny order, but she offered me superb service.
Pathetic! We got stuck with my Mother on the N1 @ the Engen garage (south). We called road side just before 17:00 and the lady helping us said she'd call us back in 2 minutes and never called back. Almost an hour later we called again and only to find out that the break down vehicle wasn't actually dispatched. Then a lady called Ntombi helped us the second time, after being on the line for over 30 min and finally assisted us. Only to discover that the break down vehicle was given the wrong address and no family run was arranged. Then when we finally arrived in Kroonstad @ arround 21:00 waiting for the breakdown vehicle. The wrong address was given to the tow truck and we waited for over an hour where it was because we also wanted to insure that the car was booked in. When we called in the middle of the night, the driver of the breakdown vehicle said he still didn't know where to take the car. We requested that the car be toward to Kroonstad or the nearest dealership. The car has been towed to the Vaal, instead of Kroonstad or Welkom. No correspondence from Absa Idirect and pathetic service so far. I would recommend this insurance. We waited in an unsecured area for almost two hours without any care. Now no communication and the car was towed far away from where we are. Disgusting service with no care from Absa!!!
My parcel was supposed to have been delivered by Friday (before the long weekend). I called them twice and got two completely different responses from their agents (both were very rude and unhelpful). I then went to their warehouse in Spartan where I finally got some kind of help, even though they can't track my parcel!? I don't understand how a parcel cannot be tracked! All I'm getting is "be patient". I tried to negotiate picking my parcel up as I was running out of time, as opposed to waiting for the parcel to get delivered but like I said - my parcel cannot be tracked! This is the worst service I've received from a logistics company.
I brought my car in a couple of weeks ago to get fitted with smash and grab, so I noticed that the bubbles were enlarging and not getting better as I was promised would happen after two weeks of the fitting. The first time I made an appointment nd when I got here I still had to wait. So today I returned it and again I made an appointment and STILL waiting. Two hours later no-one has touched my car. The back window looks hideous as the window frame wasn't fitted back on properly and all 5 my windows have terrible looking bubbles. I have never received such bad service at a PG Glass outlet before, this is unacceptable!!!
