Absolutely disgusting service!! Paid last weekend for a couch at Coricraft in Mall of Africa that the Kramerville branch confirmed they had stock of, 1 would be held at the back as we requested one that was not a demo on the floor. Come to collect today and to our surprise theres no couch. Last time I checked, that's classified as stealing someone's money!! They took our money and dont deliver on the product that we paid for!! Theft.. broad daylight robbery.
Fraudulent scamming thieves. Take your money and don't give you the service/product that you paid for. 2 days no electricity. Phone them and the lady who answers has no clue what to tell you so hangs up the phone. What a joke! Clearly uneducated people working for this company. What an absolute joke of a company. Can't even be classified as a company.
I ordered 2 items from Wish.com in early December. I was skeptical so I didn't order more until I received this order. The order at latest was due on the 17th of January.. And to my surprise, no delivery. So I emailed requesting a refund because my order has not arrived, to be told I need to wait another 14 days for the refund.. which I am thinking I might never receive because I have a string feeling they are scam artists and that the website/company does not even exist?? If by the 1st of February I do not receive both amounts in full back, I will take this further.. People can not take other peoples money for a length of time and with no intention to send them what they order and still hang on to their money..
My fiance and I wanted to stay at this establishment for our wedding night. And it took them weeks to send us an invoice because we were told they don't accept booking.com bookings. We never received an invoice and kept getting told that they'll send it. We phoned head office to follow up and then I received a call from Emile who swore at me on the phone and told me that I'm complaining to the head office about the service. Well there is no service and disgusting inhumane people that own that place. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy and Emile and Jessica give the service industry a bad name and should rethink their career choice.
So after the last horrible experience Avinash called my fiancé to say he apologises for the horrible experience and to make it up to us we must please call him when we are able to come through for a free dinner at the Lacuna Bistro at the maslow. Well my fiancé tried calling his cell phone and Avinash did not answer nor return his calls then my fiancé called the maslow to speak to Avinash and the call was put through but not answered so my fiancé left a message for Avinash to call him back.. we are still waiting for him to return the calls... fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.. I will definitely not be fooled a third time by a joke of an establishment that is putting the Sun International name is the dirt!! Disgusting.
My birthday dinner with friends was at the San Deck. The prices are ridiculous when you eat the horrible food they deliver! And the service is slow! My fiance could not eat his meal, my one friend sent his back for them to cook the steak the way he requested it to be cooked the first time, another friend couldn't finish his meal because the meat was almost impossible to cut through.. and so it goes around the entire table. I don't mind paying that sort of money if the quality of the meal matched the cost of it! Will definitely never go back or recommend it to anyone.
don't think 1 is even a fair rating!! A week ago I chose the Maslow, Lacuna Bistro as the place to have my birthday dinner with friends. We get there last night for our booking that we made a week ago, and their are people sitting in the area where we booked! And the staff did not have them removed. Ruined my entire birthday! And will most certainly not tell anyone I know to choose the Maslow Lacuna as a place to go!! Disgusting!
<p>Went in to the branch 2 months ago to change my address as I had relocated to JHB. They sat infront of me and went on to the computer while I was there and said they had then updated it. I went back last week to query why I had not received a statement and they informed me that the address was never changed on the system! !</p>
Looking for a medical aid provider is stressful enough, but then when you keep sending queries regarding plan options etc, and they say that they will get back to you, and then just send an automated response saying they have received your email and will respond, again and again, and never actually getting any help.. Not a way I would want to be treated if i chose them as the provider for my medical aid.
I placed an order for NutriTech 100% pure whey lite, cinnabon, over a month ago at the Peak Performance in Durbanville.<br> After over 2 weeks I followed up and they kept saying it was on it's way. I got in contact direct with NutriTech, who confirmed that they have the product available, but Peak Performance had not placed the order!<br> Peak Performance response was that the suppliers did not have stock, a LIE! <br> I was offered a shaker by Rikus in the mean time... What is the point of a shaker if there is no product to put in it???<br> I was then phoned last Friday, a month after I had placed the order, by Joe Mayett, who informed me that because I had waited so long the product would be free!!<br> Today, WHEN I FOLLOWED up, he said that he can not make Rikus accountable for this as he was only made aware of the situation last week, so the best he could do was offer me a discount... YET AGAIN LIES and GOING BACK ON AN AGREEMENT to receive the product for FREE!!<br> Absolutely useless! And I hope that all Peak Performance current customers are prepared to pay just a little more and rather buy from XTreme nutrition where they will actually receive proper service!
