I recently started receiving calls from this company and politely kept declining their offer, because I know the feeling of working in this environment, today again I received a call and spoken to Lebo, who was very rude to me after requesting to be removed from the people who are being called, and after she dropped the call. I called the company again and I spoke to Ann from customer service, who was not helpful as well, because I wanted to speak to management about their behavior. I did not request any calls from anyone, let alone be called and be disrespect like this. If you know what is good for you stay away from this company, period!! Please remove my name from your prospect list.
They really mean it by saying you will get something OUT. I did a quote with OUTsurance last week, and they were unable to beat my current insure, so they paid me the R500 yesterday.
