What is going on at Bonitas ???? In the past they attend to queries now everything is automated? We pay a lot of money each month , as usual we we went for our wellness screening on the 2nd of Jan 26 to recv our BB, we went to the same pharmacy for the past 4years since we stay in a small country town, and Bonitas even PAID the screening test, just for us to find out they send out a circular on the 6th of Jan 26, that this pharmacy now all of a sudden is not a partner anymore. This is miss use of authority , myself and our consultant send various emails , to ask why did they pay the pharmacy if it was the incorrect partner, they did NOT inform their members upfront of this sudden change , which is not an error on our side, we still do not have any answers but they send us an email to review Tendani Netshiendeulu, service!!!! Tendani you did absolutely nothing sorry, this is a zero rate. We get all these ref nrs and even here on hello peter , they cover themselves, what will happen if you have to recv trestment in a hospital, ?? My husband is almost 80 and a cancer patient, we did our part now it is your time to come to the party Bonitas....we have been a member for over 30years .....
You are the worst agents in the history of fibre internet. They dont care , they dont know their job , but are very quick to deduct your money. They lie about so called outage in the area just to get rid of you. After numeroys emails over tge past two months they went and cut the line doing just the opposite of what was requested. Are they actually intelligent enough to deal with customers??? I dont think so .
I got a well needed voucher from my daughter in law for a signature manicure. I book my appointment 3 weeks in advance and require about this treatment and also the lady asks if i want gel or polish. I choose the gel and my appointment was confirmed with a sms. The day before my appointment i recvd a reminder email with a different timeslot and when i phoned the next day no one could give me a satisfactory answer execpt that they will investigate and come back to me. Needless to say i had to phone 4 times , NO one bothered to phone me back only explain that they now have a group booking ( more money you see) “This spa’s motto should be: ‘Book at your own risk.’ They completely messed up my confirmed booking, leaving me with no choice but to cancel my plans. All I got was a casual apology – NO solution, no accountability. Absolutely unacceptable.” “Imagine making plans, confirming them, and then finding out you dont have the correct booking for the correct treatment -Yep, that’s this Life day Spa at the Crystal Towers Hotel in Century City Cape Town...Their solution? A weak ‘sorry’ – like that magically gives me back my wasted time and ruined day. If this is their idea of customer service, I’ll pass!” There is no Hoo Haa about this spa exept for unprofessional untrained staff. And the sadness of this all is the energy I have wasted putting together this review, since the have their money already.
Why does all these service providers mislead customers - i signed a new contract with mweb for R399.00 for the next 6 months - now you must remember this is an agreement!!! They also informed me to pay an order fee of R249 upfront via EFT - just to find out that they have also deducted this amount from my bank account as well. There should be a law against debit orders. I have not even paid my first installment and already received a letter informing me that the monthly installment is now R489.00 - i didnt want to sign up with these providers because everybody is complaining about Mweb' s rates - I guess its time to move on to the next one.
I am so fedup with the services of this incompetant bank. They keep on deducting a payshap fee after doing an eft - i dont even know what payshap is .They deduct money from your account without your concent. They dont answer my emails and i cant answer foreign numbers phonecalls during work hours , why cant they just answer a simple question as per my various emails to them.
I am so so frustrated with my medical aid -i feel like i will end up in a mental institution since i am struggling for over a year to get them to pay from the correct benefits -my dear husband is on a oncology approved program and time and again they make the same error of paying oncologists from my day to day funds and it takes forever to correct -if they even -correct it at all, i am so anxious that i cannot bear this situation anymore- are'nt they supposed to be trained in their jobs ??? This medical aid was one of the best a few years ago.
i just cannot accept that Admed Gap turned so bad in their services to paying clients ..this was not the case 7 years ago -- i have already sent 10 emails on a claim that i have submitted in November already- they emailed me back claiming apologies but will phone me on Wednesday the 24th - i followed up needless to say just automated responses. South Africa has now turn for the worst in medical aids and Gap covers or actually in al fasets of services.
I have ordered several times from Zuki pet and was very satisfied with their service - i live in the outsides country town in the western cape and not once have they let me down.
I bought my 88 year old mother a new Samsung A03 phone at our local pep stores she had the phone for 4weeks after which it did not want to switch on, she took it to Pep store and they sent it away for repairs -- up till today now 6weeks later they cannot explain what the problem is - this phone is under guarantee and in the meantime my mother does not have capable communication. when i bought the phone there was nothing wrong with my money i paid for it so how come the do not reach an acceptable agreement - or pay the money back so that i can look for something else -
Why do this mike and liz even advertise the most beautifull wigs but yet they are so not interested in bussiness , NO woman wants to wear a damn wig unless youre forced to do so, they dont follow up on ones requests and are actually rude, can anyone tell who the owners is?? Maybe it is the staff wotking there that doesnt seem to like there job, i will NOT refer anyone to them
