I am on the road most of the day and on Monday morning my phone gave an error: SIM not provsioned:2 [#10246706]. I eventually gave up on phoning them because you hold on in excess of 1 hour per time and then they cut you off. I went to an MTN shop only to be told that they could not assist me. Absolutely useless. It is now more than 24 hours later and I still can't use my phone. I am on the road and I need my phone ALL the time. What is going on at MTN - nobody can assist and the one person is more useless than the next. I need this resolved TODAY!!!!!
I have had huge frustration with MTN and I decided to phone Vodacom to get another line. A very polite and professional lady by the name of Rene B Polly assisted me and within 20 minutes I had another line and my phone will be delivered within 24 hours. She was extremely accommodating and professional and really went out of her way to assist me. Thank you Rene - it is nice to know that there are still some individuals who care about customer service out there. Regards Vanessa
I had a bad incident where I had to make arrangements to repay all my accounts. I made an arrangement with Edgars who did not accept the arrangement and handed the account over to VVM for collection. I made exactly the same arrangement with VVM which they accepted but without fail I get up to 7 phone calls per day about twice a week on this account and the biggest problem with this is that I get charged for every phone call. I made the arrangement, I stick to the arrangement every single month yet they have to phone me 7 times in one day. Why would that be?
I have been paying my Truworths account of for a number of months. I pay diligently by the 7th of each month. The arrangement is for R500.00 per month but I normally pay a bit more. Truworths has gone and listed me on ITC with a reason \Bad debt written off". This is falls information as they have not written off 1c on my account. I pay it every month and there is a balance of just over R7000 left. I have queried this but as usual there is no service - they don't even get back to me let alone resolve the issue. All I want is a letter confirming that I have an arrangement and that they have not written off money on my account. Is that to much to ask?"""
We made an arrangement the end of last year and paid the accounts off as agreed. We stopped all debit orders with the suppliers and then with Standard bank to. Standard bank was so kind as to stop the interest on the one account for 3 months But needless to say they have allowed a few debit orders to go through this account after we stopped everything. To add to insult they charge us R115 per RD on the account. I have been wanting to renew the arrangement for another 3 months but guess what - I don't get a response. I honestly don't know what to do with this issue anymore. I have never come across such an incompetent bunch of individuals. Surely there must be something that can be done about banks firstly ripping people off with so much money and then also making money off individuals who can't afford it. It just seems they are not prepared to meet you half way - we are more than prepared to pay this account. We just need some confirmation and also if anything is stopped on an account to actually now allow it to go through - what more must we do?
