Connection keeps dropping, speed dismal, logged multiple calls and tried calling and still no assistance.
Called in multiple times to get a cancellation fee, had to write the amount down, no one could send an invoice or email confirming amount and banking details. If you can call me to signup for a contract that your consultant got wrong, why can i not pay online to cancel, now i have to go to a store to sort out the mess of loading the wrong contact after constantly asking the consultant if i was getting the right one and pay a cancellation fee to be rid of MTN.
Both the flights were delayed and the return flight from cpt to jhb we told to change boarding gates multiple times only to return to the initial one, my elderly parents struggled up and down those stairs. Delays were not communicated, totally unprofessional for the prices charged.
Best experience with a car rental company so far, fast efficient and deposit was returned in record time. Well done!

I upgraded my credit card from premier to private, i do not have physical cards for either accounts, the premier one was damaged and since cancelled. I have contacted FNB multiple times to order a new card, but for some reason the order does not generate but the consultants guarantee that the orders were processed yet delivery never takes place. Long story short I want to pay off the small amount owed and then I want both those accounts closed, surely this is not rocket science.......
Duplication of transactions via virtual credit card on the 29th june 2024, i have called multiple times and get varying answers from the multiple call centre agents that attempt to assist but do not, this is unacceptable, unprofessional and time consuming to get my funds back into my account for no fault of mine but a technical issue on FNB’s side!
Fibre service is not working, called about 10 times and waited each time for 20mins and none of the calls were answered, trying to get assistance!!!!
Hi, I have a prepaid number and specifically told the agent that the contract should be allocated to that number and then a new sim was delivered to me and the apparently I have a contract on the new number, this must fixed, I refuse to pay for contract on a number that I never wanted. It must be moved to my existing number! I have called "135" about 30 times and no help. Regards
