Out of nowhere they called me about a debt that I didn't know about that I owe fnb for my business account debt from 2023 funny thing my account is active and my bank has never asked me for any payment or whatsoever, well I decided to pay regardless called them if they received the money they said yes account has been settled then I asked for settlement letter NO Response! Then today I'm receiving messages that I did not honor my arrangement! How when they rep**** me that account has been settled?
I have a payment arrangement with them which was handed over by standard bank now standard bank is still debiting in my account even though I'm having an arrangement with Mac Robert's Attorneys they are supposed to send proof that I have a payment plan to standard bank but seems like they don't want to assist me Benjamin, Freedom they move me from one to another or jus drop my calls.
I lay buy two item's on the 3rd day went to (Braamfontein) collect and there was load shedding they said they can't release my stuff it's against their law's fine mind you I lay buyed the item's because I needed them for my trip went to buy the same stuff from another refinery (Eastgate) now I went there to take out one item and leave the other one, now I'm told to wait until my lay buy expires in December! What kind of nonsense and rules are these I'm so disappointed in their management and the sale's rep in the shop I don't need the other item I need jus one No according to them I should wait for December.
My personal loan shows that I'm in arrears on clearscore and they sent me messages that I'll be handed over due to non payments yet I'm up to date spoke to their call center agent they confirmed that and assumed that maybe my account wasn't updated in the system and now I'm supposed to send emails to request to be updated on the system what nonsense is that
I'm having an account with tfg and app with clearscore now tfg keeps on spending negative statements to clearscore that my account is arrears ofwich that's a lie my account is up to date they that last month and this month they are reporting that it has "worsened" I can't believe that tfg is so incompetent shame including Clearscore and expirian.
I ordered 3times for food from roco mama's they didn't accept my order yet they debited 3times all the money went out from the account its been 3days they haven't reversed it they keep on promising to assist me but they are lying and that's fraud what they are doing the order didn't go through so bring back my money thiefs.
I had a contract with them which I terminated with full payment in November 2018,but they continued debiting in my account for 2 months(reversed both debits) yet they keep sending me messages threatening to blacklist me, lying that they've been trying to get hold of me "Not answering their calls" but I'm the one who keeps calling them Everytime I receive their threat's and their call center agent's(accounts department) are useless Mpho and Ricardo.
Someone has been using my personal information to purchase in different foschini group shops all over Durban and i sent them all the relevant documents they wanted on the 20-03-15,ever since they haven't contacted me to inform me if they dealing with my complain or not and I've been calling them but they never assist me I've spent R150.00 worth of airtime but never archived anything.so now they delaying to give me a letter proving that I'm a victim so i could send it to South African fraud prevention services,whom can't help me without it.so please hellopeter help me out.
