I has a contract with Rain and I asked them to cancel my subscription and collect the router which was done in August already. Today I got a call from CCD couriers asking me for collection date. May i ask that you update your systems and stop contacting me about any Rain services please.
I needed a debit order to be deducted from my account and I was asked to confirm my banking details. I don't know my account number by heart and the lady I spoke to said I should have had my banking app open because I knew they would call me back. How was I supposed to know that? I don't work for Vuyo's and I don't know their procedures. I mean there is other security questions they could have asked me. Really appalling service.

I have never in my life experienced such a terrible service from anyone. I have had network issues for the past 2 weeks, been on the website, called in and also had WhatsApp conversations but only once I was contacted about this. Everyday it's a struggle to get assistance. No one knows how to help. I really can't be paying for services I can't use. It's appalling honestly. I'm really angry with rain.

I have sent a request to be called back as I needed to follow-up on a call that was logged with city power. I get a call but my phone only rings once and the call gets cut. This happened 3 times today. I decide to call in and get through to a lady called Zoli Hadebe who was really not the greatest to deal with. It seemed as if she wasn't interested in even taking the call. I explained and expressed my frustration as I'm not getting any joy from being transferred from pillar to post to not receiving a call. She told me I selected the wrong option and when I wanted to explain that I was transferred she then became rude and hung up on me. Is this how city power deals with customers?

I sent through my details Saturday morning and at around 11:00am I was on my way to collect the car. Mabatho did a stellar job. Best company ever....
I got an ams from Miway to do a quote and got a call back however I was not happy that I was supposed to select an option which didn't make sense as I want insurance and I'm not looking for cheap or quality. I know what Miway is about and I wanted to take out insurance but the agent made it seem as if I was obliged to answer if I'm looking for cheap or quality and I told him if I have to do that then I'm no longer interested in a quote. I am really dissatisfied with the service I got.
