I have been a loyal patron with this Wimpy since they opened On Saturday 8 Nov 2025 called in to have coffee & a toastie - well - what a disappointment. We had to wait for our order to be taken and then had to call the waiter to bring the coffee which was Luke warm by then and another long wait for the toastie which was also cold by the time it got to my table. The service was shocking
Please do not make any purchase from this company. I made an online purchase, and received a confirmation email, and then absolutely nothing. No product was sent to me, no response to my emails either. This is a ****, please stay away.
I had the greatest fortune of speaking to Johannes Botha @ Outsurance There were a few points that I wanted to clarify and also do an addition to my policy. Johannes was absolutely awesome, he explained all that was on my policy and how the cover worked and also advised on the addition that I required. Thank you Johannes for being so patient and knowledgeable with me you are certainly one of the greatest Assest that OUTsurance has.
What an awesome experience I have has with MIKAELAN GOVINDASAMY @ Outsurance certainly knows his products, so helpful, explained everything in detail and just such a pleasure to speak with him. Thank you Mikaelan you certainly "Made My Day"
I have been trying telephonically to contact Travel Start since 24th November 2023 and have also left a detailed request on their website for someone to contact me. To-date have not had any response from them. What a way to do business!!!!!!!!!!!
Have just spoken to a gentleman at FNB on 087 575 9404 and he was so rude and so unhelpful, did not listen to what I was asking. Eventually managed to get an email address where I can send the query. That is going to be another uphill as they do not even bother to reply. Nobody seems to know anything and are just too quick to pass the query onto another person who doesn't know anything. The service at FNB is disgusting and because of this am now going to look at transferring my accounts to another Bank and will encourage my family to do the same. The rating should be -10
For someone like me who knows very little about computers Andrew was more than patient and explained all the functions in detail and was always so polite.<br> <br> Thank you Andrew
