Good price, friendly service delivered on time.
This little shop in Bayside continues to delight with great coffee specials and very pleasant service! #BlackFriday
Their back service is appalling. l logged numerous requests about emails not working and promises to email setting which never come as well as promises to return calls. Then mysteriously all my router settings disappear and while in the middle of the call they cut you off because its 8 pm and they close at 8 pm. This was after emailing hem at 6 pm and getting no reply I had to call them an hour later to be sent an email which was on no help at all. Spent an entire evening without internet until they opened at 9 am THE NEXT DAY Fortunately they had one person that answered the phone who resolved my internet AND email issue.I wish he had helped us in the first place -he is the only reason they have 2 stars.
Store at Canal Walk took in the phone to quote on the repairs.Said it would take 2-3 days. One week later they came back with a price that was R1500 MORE than the cost of a new phone!! How do you work that one out.... Certainly relooking at Samsung for the replacement
They had a very good special on their pizza during the day. Service was slow at first -drinks seemed to take forever-one of the 2 drinks was tap water ! The food quality was good and the topping choices looked good. However they seem to be WAY overpriced compared to other good quality competition from genuine Italian restaurants in the area
Burgers were great and they had a very nice special which made it a more affordable evening out.I love the no corkage policy
After I complained to Hello Peter I was pleasantly surprised how fast Cell C (Mr Ndlovu) responded. However the complaints dept once again fobbed off my complaint that damage was done after being delivered to Cell C.We had a list of the faults recorded by the Bayside CELL C shop BEFORE it went to the repair centre.
After a 2 month delay due to CELL C sending the phone to the wrong province it eventually ended up at my daughter with the same faults AND a faulty USB!
Mr Ndlovu from Cell C referred the matter to the Repair centre manger over a week ago and has since failed to respond to any follow up emails with regards to this matter.
Well Cell C-IF after all the poor service(my daughter has been without a phone for collectively 6 months!) pklease dont be surprised when we move ALL 3 of our contracts inour family to another provider!
Our faulty phone was sent in for repair over a year ago.On return it was still found to be faulty however because our daughter works for an NGO out in the country we could not return the phone in time for teh warranty cover.
We complained to Cell C Johannesburg who said they would send it to Sony.We had to hand it in with a full list of the problems. We sat with the consultant to ensure that the items were listed before being sent to Johannesburg.
They quoted a price of R1500 to repair the phone which we paid. The phone which was returned but sent to KZN instead of to my daughter in the Free State!(long story on its own!)The courier dropped the phone off and when she tried to use the phone it was immediately apparent the faults were still the same!We returned the phone as soon as she could get a lift to Jhbg.
Now after a long delay and many follow up Cell C want to quote me MORE MONEY to repair the phone. This cannot be right as we notified them immediately upon return of the phone.
Do we have no consumer rights in this regard?
