My Experience at Kia Fourways this morning was horrible. I booked my car via the online service because their number is not working. I book and I get a confirmation mail that my car is booked in. I go this morning and they tell me my car is not booked in and I can leave it and will only get it tomorrow because they didn't receive the booking HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM??? That is a KIA problem, the manager without any empathy or an apology just looked me straight that I will get it tomorrow, Im so LIVID and I will get my car today come rain or whatever. This is a KIa problem not my problem and please ensure you hire people that have people sklils because the manager didn't display any of those today.
<p>I applied for my benefit in august this year and till this day my claim is not approved and no one can seem to tell me what is the hold up because its been 3 months already and ive been calling every second day.</p> <p>Its very frustrating.</p>
I had an accident over a week ago and logged my claim. They said i should take my car to an assessor of which i did last Thursday , on Sunday I get an email saying that my premium as gone up but I still dont know if my claim is approved or not because im still driving the damaged car. I spoke to the lady thats handling my claim yesterday asking about the claim she said that i must take my car to an assessor of which I had already done and since then I haven't heard anything from them and they expect me to pay them 600 more than i used to pay when they are failing to assist me with my claim
There was a sim swap fraud that was made on my number and i called vodacom to help track down the person that did the swap its been over a 2 month and im still waiting for a respond
I have been trying to call these guys the whole day and I cant get through and I have a problem. I used their online channels to get them to call me but i still havent received any response and now I dont know what needs to happen.
It's completely unacceptable that I haven't been able to hear what the status is with my car after 2 weeks @Ford @FordSouthAfrica if they don't want to fix my car they must just say so. And it's a shame that I love my car but the people I habe to deal with are running ford for me
