My wife opened a gym contract in Louis Trichardt... Everything is fine. I also joined her a little later. My debit order was supposed to start on 1 December 2023 as written on my contract. They debited our bank account on 1 November. When i spoke to Fulufhelo, he said that there are many clients who were debited incorrectly and that he would sort it out. NOthing happened. I have been speaking with them since 02 NOvember. Noone ever comes back to you ; not even head office replies to emails. Last week Monday i went into the Gym and spoke to the admiin manager, a man wiith Dreadlocks. He saiid he would keep me updated throughout the week. Its now the following week and i have heard nothing. I am busy drafting a letter which i am sendiing to the Local Paper to warn the residents of Louis Trichardt. I will also be posting the article on the local facebook groups as well as as local whatsapp , Telegram and Slack groups. This gym will not make it iin thiis town the way things are going. There is absolutely no one taking responsiblity for anything in this gym.
My wife and I had a shocking experience with one of the staff at Game in the Brits mall. I believe his name is MICHAEL SELLO. We wanted to purchase a Russell Hobbs 4 sandwich toaster. It was priced at R799. I showed the store manager that Makro is selling for R599 . He would not beat the price as he said I needed a hard copy of the advert. I asked him if I could print it at a copy shop and bring it? He said yes. Then I told him of a number of items I had recently purchased and showed the store an electronic copy of the price elsewhere and it was never an issue. He still refused. I then went to Michael Sello, who proceeded to very quickly get angry withe and begin shouting. We even hear some of the ladies at the tellers say something to him in order to calm him down. I looked at his badge to get his name, he then said to me: " and what's your name huh?" He also said that he had worked in a game store in Johannesburg and that they never honour an electronic version of an advert which I told him was tmnot true because we had experienced this a number of times and always been happy We were totally shocked to be treated like this as a customer. I wonder how Michael Sello continues to keep his employment in an industry which is consumer driven
I bought 2 laptops on 26 November 2015 from Hi fi Corp. I didn't have any problem with this as I had previously purchased a laptop from them in 2008 which has served me well for almost 7 years and was of a good quality.<br> <br> When I enquired of this laptop, the salesman told me it was a good brand and was a good seller and a bargain esp the fact that it was on sale offering discount price of R4999 reduced from R5699.<br> <br> This laptop does not meet the standard by which it was advertised. The screen is coming loos from the casing, the keys are sticking in place sometimes, the screen switches off briefly sometimes and refuses to come on.<br> <br> The screen scrapes the rest of the laptop body sometimes. I called HIfi Corp and spoke to the manager who was quite nice.<br> <br> He told me that I had to book it in and would wait 2 to 3 weeks. <br> My entire business hinges on this laptop and cannot wait even a few days. I told him that I do not want this laptop back and that I would rather throw it away and never buy from Hifi corp again. He told me well that is the policy and that's all. I Applied on the 13 of April for a telephone line and ADSL line. I have been waiting patiently for Talkom to arrive but they never do. This morning once again i have received three messages saying that a technician has been dispatched but noone has arrived. My whole day is disturbed because i dont know when they are going to come
