As noted by many other people.. This is a ****. Ordered a pair of earrings and a necklace . All FAR INFERIOR plastic *******. Did not even receive the necklace and pendant!!!!!
I sold my wife's car and phoned Tracker to cancel the unit. They said that there will be a cancellation fee of R2100 as I had a 3 year contract with them. I WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS NO WRITTEN, SIGNED CONTRACT! They said it was all done over the phone!! I then said what if I JUST GET THEM TO TRANSFER THE UNIT TO A NEW CAR? There response - they cannot transfer an"old" unit and I will have to pay around R1000 for a new unit in our new car.. Reading all the negative comments about this company on Hellp Peter, I expect I will get the usual non-sensical automated response with no real resolution!!!!!
Their method of evaluating new customers is totally pathetic. Example I have a credit facility with a credit card of R125,000, balance R0.00. They show monthly instalment of about R6250!!!!! They apparently blame it on the Way Experian works. What utter *******. They also do not know how to calculate gross and net income!!!! DO NOT CONSIDER BANKING WITH THEM. Also, because if this debacle I will be cancelling my medical aid with Discovery which costs about R9000 per month. What’s more when I filled in their online objection, the document disappeared. Very poorly setup website.

Been waiting since 06h35 this morning 23 August 2023 for a delivery that was supposedly out for delivery. It is now 18:15. Phoned their helpline and was told it would be delivered today. Obviously untrue. Would recommend not dealing with loot.co.za who in turn use Dawn Wing.
I purchased a Webere braai online on 1 october 2020 only to be told the one in stock was on display at their South Coast branch andwas scratched. I cancelled the order . After much to and froing, I was persuded that if I purchased and paid for a new in the box upgraded braai I would receive a refund of my original payment. I did so. They duly delivered the new Weber 3200 braai with a protective cover, but CHARGED ME TWO DELIVERY CHARGES OF R360 EACH. This is now two weeks later in total and after many emails between myself and Leah Manuel I still have not received the credit on my credit card. I received an email from Edward Fakude of Builders yesterday stating it would take between 10 to 14 days for my credit card to be credited. This is undoubtedly the worst experience I have had with a "reputable" retailer. Furthermore I will now be penalised by my credit card bank due to the delay in reducing my credit card balance. The amount in question is R9589.30 less R670.00 for the cover = R8919.30 PLUS a minimum inconvenience charge of 14.5% (my bank account penalty)R1293.30 = R10212.60.
Absolutely disgusting NON-SERVICE. No response to numerous emails barring one which states no admin service due to Covid19. What a load of codswallop!!!!!!
Their app does not work and is confusing. I was told that there was an error and it would be rectified. It was not. Now they blame me for changing the regular driver!!!!!!!!!! How pathetic. To cut a painfully long story short, I would not advise or recommend this company.
Wish I could give a negative star rating! Want to cancel my subscription. Tried online, online chat, email, phone. Not one response. Disgraceful.
