After initially writing a bad review on Sage Pastel Payroll regarding help with medical insurance codes, Sage came to the party. Many thanks to Nokulunga Simelane and Colleen Nyoni who called me and patiently helped me through the process.
It has become very difficult to contact Sage Payroll for support, First you have to phone them and try and explain your problem to someone who does not not understand what you need. Then they will send you an email where you can send a screen shot or documents as explanation. Knowledge Base answers are not the same as when you phone them? Why did Sage Support stop the support e-mail option? Each agent you talk to on the phone has a different answer??? NOT HAPPY
You cannot get hold of MWEB by telephone. You are placed on hold until you give up after an hour or so. I cannot find an e-mail address. On Whatsapp the bot directs you to a technician who wants you to do technical stuff which I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO. Requesting on the app for a technician to come out??? No answer on that request! then they close the session??????. No office to go to. To cancel my subscription....WHERE????
I received messages that my PAYJUST NOW PAYMENTs FAILED 2 days in a row. One CANNOT phone them. I sent an e-mail that was not read and then sent another which came back with an answer that now I had to make payment AND there is a fee of R145 for non-payment. My Card details on my profile are correct and funds are available. There were no such transactions attempted on my bank account. Seems to me they are out to collect an extra R145.00 from their customers since they do not charge interest!!!!
Our Australian friends urgently needed a place to stay in Kleinmond for 2 nights. The host, Leze, was very accommodating and friendly and even invited our friends to have supper with her and her family on the Sunday evening. Thank you very much! The Wooden Leg is stylish and well taken care of. The room was spacious and well equipped. Well done
I withdrew a R1000.00 from my Capitec account at a Standard Bank ATM on the 10th of August 2025. There are 2 money slots and by the time I realized the money is dispensed at the bottom slot, it was too late and the money was withdrawn back into the machine. I phoned Capitec on Monday the 11th and was told it will take 2 to 5 days for the amount to be credited back into my account. When I phoned on the 13th, I was told it will take up to 48hrs. I waited a week, phoned again and was told, no, it will take 30 working days. I waited a week, phoned again and now we were back to 30 working days. Yesterday the person from Capitec again confirmed 30 working days. Each time I am told it is under investigation. I have a problem with this. Surely when the ATM was emptied and refilled there must have been a reconciliation of transactions for that day and it must have been over with a difference of R1000.00??? Why on earth is it taking so long to sort it out between Capitec and Standard Bank? I am a pensioner and I am telling you that R1000.00 makes a huge difference in surviving for the month.
Helpful friendly professional team. My move went smoothly, loading and unloading on time. I was always informed of where the truck is, if there were any changes and updated my changes in the number of crates used. Thank you, I had Zero damage.
We used Key Moves to move house from Centurion to the Western Cape. I wrapped my clocks and glassware in bubble wrap put into crates or boxes, again bubble wrapped, put FRAGILE stickers all over and "this side up" with a big red arrow. BUT STILL these crate or boxes went in the truck upside down or on it sides and again just DUMPED whichever way when they took it off the truck. I do not even want to open these for fear of what I will find. My husband moved heavy steel items which were shoved in between our wooden furniture. Needless to say that the furniture...valued antique pieces, were unpacked with broken legs, chairs backs broken, scratched. To put the icing on the cake, the driver hired some more locals to offload the truck who have no experience. My furniture was dragged, bumped and bashed into the house. My microwave was plonked down on my paintings. Fan broken in half. Fridges dented. Mattress covers torn and mattresses dragged into the house on their sides. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS!
Skietkuil Gaste Plaas Victoria West: Excellent hosts, beautiful clean spacious luxurious rooms. Excellent food! Thank you so much for assisting us with our trailer.
We paid a "discounted" price of R890.00 for a room at Rusplek, Bloemfontein. From outside it looks decent, but the room was another story. Shabby, falling apart. Fridge did not work, floors dirty, walls cracked, bath cracked, bed's base broken. Dishtowel filthy, Windows unfished with raw cement clinging to the window panes. Sheets had loose hair on it..not mine. There was some unthinkable disgusting dirt on the blanket. It was late and we needed a place to sleep over. SHAME ON YOU. And shame on Booking.com!
